McDonald's — Restaurant in Sandy Springs

This McDonald's has the worst customer service ever. I don't expect much from McDonald's period, but I do expect a little more than what this location is willing to give. The drive-through is run completely bass-ackwards, they will run 2-3 cars through one lane, before addressing the second. Today, I was sitting at the speaker box for a good 3-4 minutes (yes, I know, my fault for sitting there that long) before they finally acknowledged the car in the second lane, who showed up AFTER me. When she finally got to me, she was very rude, like I was inconveniencing her. Sorry hun, not only do you work fast food, but you work at McDonald's. Expect someone to be here every second of the day... The payment window attendant has the worst attitude, is always sitting down, and if she addresses you, is very mundane. The food window is a hit or miss, but everyone is too wrapped up in their personal lives to fully pay attention to what is going on, that they tried to give me an entirely different order. All in all, I ended up wasting about 25 minutes here between waiting at the menu, paying, food window, and them sitting in the designated spot waiting for them to bring out my food.

I can't confirm any of this information with a receipt (they wouldn't give the receipt) - but will say that the most recent experience was today, 7/5/23 @3-ish-pm.

I don't even want to get started on the fact that their ice cream machine is ALWAYS "broken"... this location truly needs to get their...

Worst experience ever. I started off by heading in with good expectations and high hopes. I ordered a deluxe Spicy mc crispy meal and a mc chicken meal. We had to wait a lot for the food and when we got it, the lady was acting nice. After I got my drinks, I opened up the bag to see that she had not only forgotten a few of my items like chocolate milk and a few extra things on my burger, But she also mixed up my burger and Started acting rude and gave me rude stares. She gave me a $2 Chicken sandwich when I was supposed to be getting a Spicy deluxe Mc Crispy. The fries were soggy, stale and cold. I even found a fry in my fries that was UNCOOKED. the coffee frappe that I ordered, I was sure had sugar in it but it was too hot and flavorless. It tasted bad without the sugar. And then when I went to ask for Sugar, She started off by yelling at me WHAT NOW?? I was calm and just got some sugar. Remember my burger she messed up? Well I opened it and tasted the sauce to be sure that it wasn't my burger, I thought they would just give me a new burger and just throw that one away or give it to me but no. They put it back in the bag and actually Served it to a customer. Worst Mc Donald's experience ever. Would rate in negative numbers if I could. Would not recommend. I ordered a Plain Bacon McDouble with no cheese in the mobile app. Basically a double hamburger with bacon, but the app doesn't let you just add bacon to a double hamburger, probably for squeezing more money out of the customer. They made it wrong and gave me cheese when I went through the drive thru, so I parked my car and walked in to ask for a replacement. I assumed they wouldn't mess it up a second time, so I hopped in my car and drove off without opening and looking at the sandwhich. They just gave me a double hamburger without bacon. They overcharged me for food I didn't get, and I am annoyed by it. I don't care to put any more effort into fixing it through customer service over roughly a dollar, so I'm just going to avoid this place for a few weeks until I forget. I'll try again then, and if I have a better experience, I'll adjust my review. This store needs to improve its accuracy on preparing mobile orders.
