Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sandy Township

I have always enjoyed going to Pizza Hut for great pizza. I have been to numerous Pizza Huts throughout Pa and have my favorites. We have been to this location numerous times, and the majority of the time, we get delivery or takeout. The last three times we have ordered it was take out. Overall, the experience has been ok. Calling to order the staff were very friendly and did not have to wait to order. Driving up to the window, there was a small wait in line, but the staff was super friendly, and the pizza was ready (no wait). Getting home each time there have been mistakes. The first time, we ordered a large stuffed crust, a pizza box (pizza, breadsticks, cinnamon sticks), and mild boneless wings. The pizza box had great cinnamon sticks and breadsticks. The pizza did not have light sauce. The stuffed crust was really thin and overcooked (it was not edible). Boneless wings were amazing and coated perfectly.

Our 2nd order is the same with amazing staff. We had a pizza box and an order of boneless wings. The pizza box was perfect, and everything tasted great. The boneless wings were not coated. Maybe half were coated. The wings were very tough. The last visit, the pickup order, was the same experience with super friendly staff and very little wait. Our order was a box and boneless wings. Breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were very good. The pizza did not have light sauce, and the wings were not coated and tough.

The staff here are very nice and the times we dined in, the resteraunt was clean. The food can be amazing here, but it is not consistent. I am not sure if there are different vendors, but the stuffed crust pizza has always been a favorite. The boneless wings have been amazing through the years. I feel that with the wings, if they are coated well, they do not dry out. I could be wrong. Buy it seems that when the wings are coated well, we do not have the problem. I love Pizza Hut, but I feel that with inconsistent food, we will try other Pizza Huts or other...

It's been 50/50 here lately- our 3rd visit to celebrate Book It Pizza. Our young waitress today couldn't even bring herself to respond to our greeting. We're a family of 5 looking for a quick bite before heading to the park. She gave our 4 year old a tall cup, yet our 10 year old a kids coloring page. We asked for our super Supreme well done, to which I explained, just push it back in for 3 minutes because of all the toppings... I guess that's why she keyed it in as "WELL DONE ??" I mean, you can ask if you don't understand, but that would involve actually communicating with your customers. She offered to bring the 4yr old a lid for the cup, but didn't reappear with it until near the end of our meal, which didn't involve refills or napkins. And if you're wondering, the Pizza was raw and half of us didn't make it to the park for more than a few minutes as there was diarrhea and vomiting- awesome. It wasnt the restaurant or the cook, it was the person waiting tables who couldn't possibly be more disengaged with people. Please, save yourself and your boss, and go get a job that doesn't involve communicating...

We had a terrible experience here. I can't comment on the quality of the food, because we never made it that far. We entered the store and sat down at the front counter because we were going to make a carry-out order. After waiting for a few minutes, without anyone acknowledging us, two people who were working there began arguing and cursing between each other. The male, who had tattoos and gauges in his ears, was throwing items around in front of us while cursing under his breath. The female, who also had tattoos and pierced eyebrows, asked the male why "these people" were sitting at the counter. I could only assume she was speaking about my wife and I. The man replied "I have no idea" and something along the lines of "it's not my problem". At this point my wife and I decided to leave, confident we would not be returning. Good luck to anyone who likes this establishment and has to put up with these two. I can only hope the rest of the staff have an ounce of...
