The employee working last night 3/11/2022 (middle aged women, not the younger ones) was unfriendly and is definitely costing the location sales because she doesnt want orders coming in or want to work. I tried calling to place my order over the phone because the app doesnt have a well done option. I waited on hold for 8 minutes and finally just decided to drive there. There was only one person waiting for pizza and 2 people picking up. Not terribly busy based on their que screen that I could see in the lobby, so I am not sure why no one could answer the phone. Anyway, I was "greeted" at the counter with "It's an hour and a half wait." Whatever, I guess I will do it, I already drove here. She continues with my order, telling me she cant honor the coupon I was trying to use even though I explained that I would order through the app if it had the option to select or type in well done. Then she tells me my pizza is going to be burned if they cook it well done. I'm like okay lady, this is my go-to order that I have done for years..burn it then. We get to the end of the transaction and she quotes me 35 minutes. Weird, it was just 1.5 hours only 2 minutes ago. I leave and come back around 25 minutes later, pizza is done. Cool! Pizza tasted awesome, super happy with that. I did pay for extra bacon and definitely did not receive extra. Again, this is my order I do every. single. time. I know how it should be. Also I want to mention that I clocked the que screen after picking up and there was only 3 or 4 people under my name for orders.
The part that gets me the most is that many people probably would have walked after hearing it was 1.5 hour wait. This lady is costing you money in potential sales by trying to turn people away, acting like they are slammed. If I was a business owner, I would want to know about this. I placed an order online (carry-out), I followed the little graphic where they tell how far along your order is being done. They showed my order being inspected and boxed up ready for pick up. I then showed up to pick it up and found out that the update online was a TOTAL FAKE!! ALL THE WAY!!!. I showed up at the store, waited about 10 min. to be helped, finally a young guy gave me and update on my order and said to wait 1 more minute to get my order and nothing. 15 minutes passed until a driver walked in the store and asked if I needed any help. I gave her my name just to find out that my order HAD NOT EVEN BEING STARTED YET! The manager on duty acknowledge the issue and did NOTHING!. I ended up going to Panda Express to get dinner for the family that night. On top of everything the next day I called the Store Manager and acted like it was not a big deal and say '..sorry but stuff happens...' without even trying to make it up. A more apologetic attitude would keep me as a customer of yours but even Management staff at this particular store are in a COMPLETE LACK of customer satisfaction skills in a big BIG WAY!!! I'm hoping this review and others from other customers help other families and prevents them from ruin your dinner with a big possibility to have an experience like this REALLY BAD ONE.
