Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Sanford

If I could give it a negative star I would. Stay away from this place. There is a culture of rudeness starting at the top with the manager. I had a coupon for 24.99 (coupon 1612) which included 2 two topping pizzas and stuffed cheesy bread. I ordered exactly what the coupon required but the subtotal came up to 28.49 instead of 24.99 which it stated. I called the restaurant and the manager completed my order over the phone and he saw the subtotal as 28.49 as well. I asked him why was it more than what the coupon stated and he said he didnt know, he proceeded to say the coupon was probably wrong and should be one topping instead of two, so I replied that's not the customers fault and which he said "well its nothing I can do about that I dont control the coupons" then he stated " why dont you come up and look at my screen, I cant help the extra money being added. So I replied, you cant adjust the total and he said I dont have to adjust the total so I replied and I dont have to spend my money here. The manager wasnt friendly from the beginning when he picked up the phone...je answered with a sigh and then acted as if I was inconveniencing him bc he had to take my order. Look I know it's only a few dollars difference but it's my money and I choose not to spend it with a dishonest company. If the manager would have cared anything about the customer he would have tried to fix the situation didn't even try, he basically told me to pay the extra to domino's or dont order...so I didnt. After I hung up with the manager I called corporate and was transferred to customer complaints only to sit on hold for twenty minutes and then receive a message that stated "sorry we are closed please call your local store" needless to say I was beyond mad at this point bc I tried the local store and received no help and now I have no help from corporate. I ordered from Domino's every Friday night for my family but I wont anymore. It's too many other places for me to choose from then deal with dishonesty and rudeness from this place. On 9/4/2025 my nephew ordered on pizza that took over an hour to deliver. So they gave him a free remake on 9/5/2025. Well fast forward next day on 9/5 we went to pick it up but it wasn’t hot or fresh. I called the store spoke with the manager “Gauge” (is what he said his name was). He didn’t agree with me about the freshness and quality of the pizza. So I asked him how can he make it right we went on and on until he said ma’am you have a good day and hung up on me. I called back twice he sent me to a busy signal. So I drove to the store to get his name and report him. Let’s just say the situation got ugly in front of other customers he was very rude and loud with me, verbally aggressive and threaten to call the police on me all because I told him to go to he!!. I told him he was very unprofessional, acting inappropriately in front of customers and kids. He cancelled the order and said it was refunded so I wanted proof. I asked him for a receipt he tells me he doesn’t have a receipt to give me, I asked could he write is name on the piece of paper and his managers name he straight up told me “I AINT WRITING NOTHING FOR YA”. ok sir!!! He definitely needs to be fired or disciplinary actions need to be taken. He needs to be held accountable for his actions. There’s no way a manager should be acting like this and treating customers in such a way. Keep the customers happy we’re paying your bills, don’t be argumentative with customers, customer satisfaction should be your #1 goal, quality food should always be #1, hygiene and cleanliness should always be #1 as well. I will never eat there or any pizza ever again after walking in on him with his dirty fingernails rolling his hands all in that cheese yuck hair everywhere no hair net and dripping sweat yuck yuck yuck so unsanitary. Update: 12/3/19: Made the mistake of trying again. We recieved the wrong pizza again. We quit going there because of it. I called after I found out about it being sausage, pepperoni and mushroom instead of extravaganza with jalepenos. I was told I could bring it back for a remake if more than half left, but they dont have a guarantee for correct orders. It's being advertised all over tv. We had it delivered because the location isnt convenient. It wouldnt surprise me if it's the same male manager that turned us off dominoes before.

Terrible Service. This store needs customer service lessons. Every time I've been here they've been rude, argumentative and acted like they were doing me a favor making me pizza.
