Extremely disappointed tonight. We were in the mood for burguers and fries and since we were around the Ocoee location earlier today...we decided to stop by and eat there. Well, social distancing nor six feet away from other people was definitely not in place and not being followed, let alone see anyone clean our table. Then the nightmare began. The server took our drink order as well as our food order right as soon as we sat down. As we are sitting waiting for our drinks and food to come... we noticed we were 12 inches or less apart from the other patrons. We then moved as close as we could get to our wall and then noticed more people coming in near us and other patrons... no way there was six feet separation. Then the table behind us began to complain about their food, then we get our drinks. We then see our server go to the table next to us and he took their order, then came back just cause the kitchen run out of american cheese, so the kids amd adults had to change what they had already ordered. The same server disappeared and never came back to check on us for about 35mins or more...we needed drinks...we needed more fries...we were starving. We asked for the manager roughly three times, he came once to the table after waiting for him for more than 15mins... he said he would be back, but never did after our fourth request...he finally showed up and he tried to fix us drinks and fries and when he failed to get our drinks right and cold fries again...he said you can leave. We left as other tables were also upset at not getting drinks and food out on time. We had requested fries and everytime they came out they were cold and with seasoning and we never like them that way. We left upset and angry that we didn't get to eat any HOT food, so we drove north to the Sanford location. We had the best service and delicious HOT food that we are used to eating. All the drink refills were taken care of by our server. Too bad that I will never visit or eat at the Ocoee location. Sadly it doesn't follow the COVID-19 regulations and I don't want to...
Read moreOkay so this isn’t our first visit and we have had usually a pretty good visit each and every time. However this time very disappointed, I understand extra time because of safety protocols, but the things that took place had nothing to do with these things. First we were seated close to other people (granted their was plastic barrier between us and them but they were noisy. We both asked for water and when I took a drink realized something was wrong, but just to make sure I asked my daughter to taste the water and she gagged and said it tastes bandaids/sanitizer so we ask the wait to as to get me something else after I realized my water was contaminated with something. Then the food came. Cold French fries and I don’t mean warm at all I mean cold hard fries….no wonder they offer bottomless fries. Them comes my burger, with most of it stuck to the paper they feel the need to wrap it in. My daughters food was fine, but mine was just poorly executed , and just like the fries not hot and fresh. And my requested directions were not followed even after the fact (Tomato and lettuce on the side does not sound that hard) and since they took my food back they actually had 2 times to correct it which they did not do. So they took my food back and took long enough that my daughter was done eating when my food came back. At least this one was completely melted to the paper. But it sucked that my daughter and I didn’t not get to eat together. Especially when she had to sit there and wait for me to finish. Fries and broccolis refills were slow to non existent. And honestly they were not that busy when we were there. Now that might have been enough but 20 minutes after eating the food I ended up going to the restroom getting sick. So all and all low to no stars for Red Robin and their staff. And after getting sick off of I don’t know what I’m the restaurant we will not be going back...
Read moreI stopped coming to this location 2 years ago because the service was horrible and management seemed indifferent to it. Tonight, I decided to give them another chance. Surely after 2 years they would have improved. I chose to do a curbside pickup because my little guy was sick and I didn't want to bring him inside. It took 30 minutes (beyond the ready time) and 2 phone calls to the "speedy" curbside number, to get our food brought to us. They weren't that busy. The parking lot was barely half full and I was the only curbside pickup out there. We finally get our food and leave. I got to the light and realized that they had forgot our drinks. So I turned around and went back. I called the number again and explained to the young lady that our drinks had been forgotten and at this point the hot food was cold and the cold food was hot and wilted. She was nice and apologetic about it. I asked for the food to be remade or a refund if it it was going to take as long as it already had. At this point it's been almost an hour since this fiasco had started and I had a sick child in the backseat begging to go home and crying because he was hungry. The lady put me on hold and a few minutes later a manager came out, without food or drinks and said that they had just gone ahead and refunded my money. I tried to give the bag of food back to him but he wouldn't take it. He said he was just going to throw it away. Then he walked away. I do appreciate that I was refunded with no hassle about it. But all we wanted was a good meal. Not a free, cold meal that got thrown away anyways and over an hour of my time and gas wasted.
