Marketplace at Seminole Towne Center — Local services in Sanford

I thoroughly enjoy shopping in Marketplace. There is a variety of stores & options to shop. I frequently visit Roz & Ali, Koi Nails, Shoe Carnival, Ulta, Sally's, Target, BigLots & occasionally a few others including the surrounding restaurants. I am sad that Roz & Ali is now closed. I have heard from others in the plaza that rent was raised AGAIN forcing some to close, downsize( Shoe Carnival moving next door into smaller store of former Roz & Ali) or move to another location. I was told that Roz & Ali ( which is actually DressBarn) had been there 15 years but I have only lived a year & shopped at this one. I realize costs go up & landlords feel the need to do what they have to do to keep a profit & that the convenience of online shopping has also caused the loss of sales in stores. I hope that as people read this they will remember if they have a fav store with an awesome staff that they will keep shopping there & hopefully it may keep them open. Mostly we come here to shop World Market- one of my wife's favorite stores. We always come out laden with specialty foods, candies, and international food items that she likes to use for entertaining. She also buys seasonal decor, bath products and stationery. My job is to schlep the multiple bags out to the car. Make sure you sign up for the World Market Explorer program online, and get their text message service too. My wife gets lots of coupons and $10 off rewards to support her shopping habit here. If we haven't closed down World Market, we will sometimes hit the adjacent party store and pet store. HL Nails 💅 is the absolute best place to go. Not just for mani’s and pedi’s. They offer so much more!! They also offer a new skill set that is amazing. Helen is skilled in adding real like eyelashes that she can easily put in adding a full set to make them look realistic and last months. Nothing like the ones we all have been using as the standard magnetic or glued in. It’s amazing!!! Hands down HL is the place to go. And that is just the beginning of offers they provide.
