TLDR: no quality sake, one of the better strip mall sushi places but not one I'll go out of my way for, fish cuts were quality, staff was nice, chef was great, sushi rice was not soft enough, krab was odd. First off, do not expect any good sake here. They have sho chiku bai for their house hot sake (fine) at 6.95 for a small (ridiculous) and then two other low end cold sakes. I was expecting to find at least a handful of decent sake with the word "sake" being in the name of the place. staff was nice and attentive, though seemed apprehensive, like they weren't sure what to do with customers (server brought me water after the meal). Place was generic Japanese restaurant theme. Nice enough. tables looked nice. sushi bar looked standard. Chef made good cuts on the fish, though thin portions. I did the lunch special of 1 California roll and 6 pieces of fish. Fish was all very mild and good temperature. Not out of this world but good enough for strip mall tuna. The California roll was odd. The krab was dense. The rice was also odd. Had a stiff texture. the whole roll felt unusually stiff to eat. Wasabi was somewhat punchy but still more mild than I prefer. Ginger was standard but not bad. The chef was the best part of the experience. He had skill and also made me a small sample of a tuna/salmon baked bite with eel sauce that was delightful. I'm giving 4 stars because they seem like they are making a good effort and I feel they deserve business. I don't live close by so it won't be mine again though.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🔥 Unforgettable Hibachi Experience at Sake House! 🔥 Sake House never disappoints, but their 🥩 Hibachi Filet Mignon is on another level! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm & inviting ✨—a perfect mix of elegance and comfort. The filet mignon? Absolutely flawless. 👏 Cooked to perfection on the hibachi grill, it’s tender, juicy, and bursting with rich, smoky flavor. 😍 Every bite melts in your mouth, enhanced by the perfect seasoning and that irresistible hibachi sear. 🔥 Pair it with their expertly grilled veggies 🥦, buttery fried rice 🍚, and signature dipping sauces 🥢—and you’ve got a meal that’s both indulgent and unforgettable! The staff at Sake House is friendly, attentive, and always delivers top-notch service. 💯 The quality and consistency of their food make it clear why this place is a local favorite. If you’re looking for the BEST hibachi in town 🔥, Sake House’s Hibachi Filet Mignon is a must-try. Whether it’s date night 💕, a family outing 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, or a special celebration 🎉, this place will exceed your expectations! 🌟 💯 10/10 Highly Recommend! 💯 🌟 Let me know if you want any final tweaks! 🚀

OUR NEW FAVORITE RESTAURANT! My husband and I almost always pick this place when we dine out now. Really tasty sushi; I've gotten the shrimp tempura roll and crunch roll so far. My husband loves the hibachi (haven't tried it myself) and said it's a good portion size. The clear soup that they bring you right away wasn't too salty; our 9-month-old really actually really liked it, too, haha. We just tried the fried ice cream tonight and loved that, too. The shell tested like lemon cake! The prices were actually lower than I've seen at many places, and the servers were friendly and quick. Definitely recommend!

I wouldn't even give them a star if I had the option. The service was horrible once we ordered our food. It started when our waitress took our menus and threw them on a pile that you would think was waiting to be sanitized. Maybe 5 minutes later a few more people enter and are seated only to be handed the same exact menus we had without being sanitized! A few minutes later a couple comes in and is sat in the booth right behind me and there are no plexiglass dividers. Not long after our appetizers arrived and they were good and hot. Then our entrees come out which were cold. One was salmon and fried rice the other was steak, chicken and fried rice. We ask for a new salmon and rice that is hot. We are asked if it's ok for it to be heated up we asked for a new one so the salmon wouldn't be dried out. Apparently that was too much cause she mouthed off into the kitchen. She comes out a few minutes later, doesn't stop just says it'll be a minute. Ok fine. When it comes out it is the same dish we sent back, only difference is they put sesame seeds ont top to make it look like a fresh dish. We catch her on her way back and let her know we had asked for a new one so no we don't want it and we would like the check. She then openly and loudly mouths off the the register to tell them. A different young lady comes over says a new is being made. We told what happened and would not like a new just the check. Extremely disappointed in this place and would never recommend it even tho it's thier "...
