I was sent here from the mall location because the fingerprint sensor wouldn't work after my pixel 6 pro was fixed. I walked around for 20 minutes. Came back and found out that my phone had been repaired but with a defective screen and they wanted me to return. I live out of state and I was only staying at Sanford for a day before heading to Cocoa Beach. They said they couldn't get me a replacement for another 2 days and I wouldn't be there. Okay then found a way to get it expedited which I appreciate, and they said they would call me the next day. I go the next day to get it repaired and everything seems fine. Get to the beach and realize my front camera has something over it. I have to go again before my flight out of Florida to get my screen fixed. They remove the metal piece that was left behind. Guess what the fingerprint sensor which is what I was originally sent to this location for still doesn't work. I'm now out of state and unable to utilize the warranty. I was extremely frustrated because had I been more patient I could have just gotten a phone replaced from Google. The representative told me himself it's not going to be any money from him because these are defective pieces and he will get his money back. Lost time with my family and I still don't have the full function of my phone. Even if I live nearby I would still be annoyed having to continuously go back to get my phone working. I'm not sure if I just had extremely bad luck because of all the good reviews, if they aren't that experienced with pixels or what happened but I would never recommend this place. Read moreBig headache to save a few bucks. I was quoted 2 prices, one for "after market screen" one for "original". They started with the cheap screen/LCD on my Galaxy s20 at my request (although this should not have been an option in the first place knowing it would not work right). It worked great for 20 MINUTES before the screen started going crazy. He rushed through it so fast the glue wasn't even closing the phone right. I left it with a heavy book on top at home And returned the next day, they replaced the screen again with another faulty screen. Turned green, half the screen would cut off, could not press buttons and can only hear calls on speaker. Although I struggled with this screen for almost a weeks since I was out of town, I was very patient and hopeful they would fix it right the 3rd time. I finally asked them to put an original screen on since they had wasted 2 other after market screens but he wanted to charge me the difference!!! After the stress, anxiety and inconvenience these faulty screens caused me, i found it rude to ask for the $20 difference. They should take their losses since those screens should not be even offered to begin with knowing it causes issues. Finally, with the THIRD replacement, the original screen, my phone is working fine except I still cannot hear phone calls unless they are on speaker.
Ultimately, let's just say I still have to buy a new phone and lost $180 on top of that.

Purchased a wallet phone case and when I left and put my cards in the wallet case I ended up only being able to fit 1 card in it so I decided to exchange it for another case (not even 30 min later) and the lady would not allow me to. She failed to tell me the return policy and now I’m stuck with a case I don’t want anymore. She kept explaining she had a return policy that is listed in the store but it was behind the check out register which is sneaky to me. I would not do business here if its for repairs/accessories.
