I would never visit that store again. I experienced horrible customer service. One of the associates talked down to me as I asked questions and shared what I had learned from my research about mattresses, sleeping, and chiropractic care. At time she came across combative, pointed out her 6 years of experience to my chiropractor's knowledge and recommendations. Also, she seemed reluctant to answer my questions, continued to walk away. Why? There was no other customer in the store. I tried to let it slide but when I asked about pricing for the third time for a different mattress, she was far away at the front desk, did not come over, but instead said what from across the floor. I was desperately looking to purchase a mattress and was happy because I thought that I had found one that suits me. However her attitude and response was so unprofessional, I got up and left but told her about her unprofessional her attitudeand behavior was towards me. Her colleague laughed a little until I told them I was ready to buy but changef my mind. I was so disappointed with that whole experience after having a bad experience of buying a mattress online. One word. WOW. When we originally entered this mattress firm, we came in with a general budget and plan, as well as what we were looking for. Shaya greeted us, took our budget seriously, and gave us wonderful recommendations. We realized that maybe we wanted something above our original budget, and Shaya showed us more mattresses within our new budget, and searched over 20 SKU's to find any that we liked on clearance. Lo and behold, he found one at another store, which he had us try after hours since we came in just before close. He was incredibly hospitable, knowledgeable, and a wonderful personality we got to connect with. What we received was true customer service. All my questions were answered, and more. He set us up with a financing option that will not only stay within our monthly budget, but give us a phenomenal mattress. Being in our early twenties, it is incredibly intimidating to make these big purchases, as it is hard to find trustworthy salesmen to keep us in mind and genuinely care about the wellbeing of their customers. Yesterday I purchased a wonderful mattress for my 75 year old mother & her fiance, for their soon new life together! Jennifer was knowledgeable about each mattress to help meet their needs, friendly, personable and VERY welcoming. * I bought a $100 pillow too, just for me! But, I say welcoming, because another mattress store (Mattress One, just down the road) we had visited had their doors LOCKED & a sign posted no one could enter without a face mask. (There was no other customers in the store). PLUS we were each immediately given a "protective" paper cover to use while in the store (at first I thought it was for the bathroom), from the associate who looked like he was getting ready to perform surgery or enter a radiation zone with his overly protective gear. My elderly "parents" had their mask on, but I CHOOSE not to wear one ... and I am in the health & wellness industry. Needless to say, I was offended by this "policy" & the associate's challenging comments were uncalled for, we left the store and decided to spend my $1900 at Mattress Firm instead who did not require me to go against my beliefs. I will never give my $$ to a company that wants to take...
