Wow just wow, was told a charge was pending when the screen clearly said completed and told I was being rude when I noticed they charged my card but said it declined on their end. The employees were rude the minute there was a problem didn't understand the difference between completed and pending and threatened to kick me out of the store for their error. These women are in there late 30s early 40s if they don't know how to do customer service then maybe hire some employees who do. Older adults should know how to respect their customers and not treat them like trash. This store is trash period because of how they let their employees talk...

And when I came back in 9 hours later I was told I needed to come to the back again like I was an employee of hers. I simply told the manager Cara that I wasn't her employee and that she could by no mean tell me what I needed to do. I have came in this store just about every day and never have I had any issues tell today. I am completely beside myself.
