Bruegger's Bagels — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Walked in and was greeted. Nice first impressions. Fast and friendly service, was in and out fairly quickly for having 5 people ahead of me. Food was great had the Vermonter, if your looking for a nice breakfast bagel for the sweet tooth we all have I would recommend it. Also if you like the classic bacon or sausage breakfast bagel I purchased one of those as well and also outstanding. I will be going back, however due to inflation it could get pricey when ordering multiple items....2 breakfast bagel sandwiches and two coffees came to $40 with tip. Along with a Blueberry muffin....some may say I'm cheap but I feel like the prices could be a bit lower. Honestly would probably drive more customers in as I would be willing to drive 10 min away for good food at slightly lower prices than most doughnut shops around here. Anyways would still recommend regardless, keep up the good work.

I went to grab some bagels on 09/12. I was super craving a great bagel, and this didn’t hit the spot, unfortunately. Perhaps if my order had been what I actually asked for, I might have had a better experience. What I ordered vs what I got: Everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. Got a sesame bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. Sausage breakfast sandwich on a jalapeño cheddar bagel (extra charge) with extra cheese (extra charge). I got some sort of wheat bagel and no extra cheese. Hashbrown. I didn’t receive this and had to go back to store to request.

I live pretty close by so its a pretty convenient location. I really like the bagel options with several different spreads and veggies to choose from. They really do have an amazing selection including pork sausage, turkey sausage, bacon and ham! I love the food, but for me it always comes to SERVICE The staff is just not friendly at all, but there is one manager who works in the morning who really seems to enjoy what she's doing. She always has great energy, and moves with a sense of urgency. Im actually happier to see her behind the counter most of the time. The rest of the staff including BOTH males managers really need to improve on customer service skills. They are not...
