Walking into this Burger King, the first thing that hit me was the overpowering smell a mix of stale grease and something unpleasantly sour. Outside the entrance, several homeless individuals were camped out, which made entering feel uncomfortable and a bit unsafe. It seems most customers shared this sentiment, as the majority were opting to enter and exit through the rear entrance to avoid the scene altogether.
Once inside, things didnāt get any better. The staff were inattentive and unhelpful. When I approached the counter to place my order, I was told I needed to use the self order kiosk because āthey canāt use the cashier at this hour.ā Excuse me, but Iām the paying customer here. It was frustrating, to say the least.
To make matters worse, they forgot half my order. When I brought it up, I had to explain what was missing, as if they had no clue how to handle basic customer service. The lack of care and attention was shocking.
And then there was the food if you can even call it that. The chicken was wet, cold, and tasted as if it had been defrosted and served without any care. It was soggy in the worst way and honestly borderline inedible. Every bite was disappointing, and I couldnāt stomach finishing it.
Overall, this place is a disaster. From the unfriendly staff to the dreadful food, everything about my visit was a letdown. Avoid this Burger King at all costs itās not worth your...

However, when I arrived at 9:52pm the doors were locked and clearly the dining room was cleaned and mopped and had been closed for some time. I walked around to the drive thru and knocked on the window and was told by the manager that they had changed the hours and I could only get my food by driving a car through the drive thru. I had walked to the restaurant and there was no way I was going to walk back and drive to the store. I tried to request a refund through the app, but got no help from the the bot in the app. As of this time, I paid for food that I have not received. I will never return to this store after this experience. Clearly the manager decided to close the dining room early and cover with āwe changed our hoursā. This is false advertisement...

This what happened in this branch today: "701 N Main St, Santa Ana, CA 92701" Less than One star for the manager there and sorry from burger kingš deserve five stars. I ordered hamburger and got it with no problem them I saw on the app a free ice cream cone with $1 purchase and I asked a lady there (Cecilia) how can I get the cone? She said this is a mobile order and I did it, I ordered 10 Pc chicken nuggets (screenshot receipt) when I was next to her and she said: right... So, I surprised when I got my order with no cone!!! And I asked on the manager (the guy in the photo) he didn't behave like a real manager and refused to give me the free ice cream cone even I showed him phone's receipt... this guy is not pro and in the wrong place.
