Subway — Restaurant in Santa Ana

The workers don't take feedback lightly. I came in to order a combo, and the cashier actually tried upselling me the 2 other aspects of the combo (chips and drink). I declined the offer to size up, and the cashier insisted that it was a better deal to get a more large drink. I hope my appearance didn't trigger this, as the next question that came out of the cashier was if I needed a new sub with healthier options. I completely thought I was in a silly prank situation, but as flat as the atmosphere of the store was, also was her face. I had a fantastic visit to this Subway location. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and fully stocked. The team greeted me with genuine friendliness and worked efficiently while keeping great attention to detail. My sandwich was fresh, perfectly prepared, and served just the way I ordered it.
