Main complaint; the Mongolian Stir-Fry BBQ is awful. TL;DR, They use too much water and "sauce (sauce diluted with water)" when cooking the stir-fry, resulting in a soggy mess that is overly wet and the fact that they water down the sauces is readily apparent, because in my stir-fry, I requested Spicy, and Garlic flavor, and the staff member poured at least 4 ladles of sauce into the ingredients before it hit the griddle, and after it was done cooking, I couldn't taste ANY of the garlic, soy sauce, nor the spice from the supposed spicy sauce. It's a sign of super-stingy miserliness and a lack of care for service and quality. This is not even getting into any issues with service and rudeness from this establishment, which the Asian man and the Asian lady are most likely the Mom & Pop owners of this business. No complaints from any service from the Asian man, but the Asian lady has a rather prickly personality and she yells alot for no good reason and is very heavy handed with customer service (read: none). Although I myself haven't received much rudeness from this establishment from the one time I went here, the food quality (or total lack of) is what really strikes me. For the Love of God, Do NOT water down the spices and Stir-Fry noodles in water, you are turning Stir-Fry into SOUP. I could do a better job with bottom-barrel Yakisoba from the Grocery with a few tbspoons of veg oil, this place is by far the WORST Mongo BBQ I've ever been to, just from the food alone. Bland, Mushy, Soggy, Tasteless, Overcooked, food fit for a geriatric patient in a nursing home, but NOT deserving to be in a Mall Food Court. If you go to this Mall Food Court, just go to Panda Express. You will at least have good quality-controlled food and a nice corporate accountability if you have any issues. Two Thumbs Down for...

Where do I start the owner is crazy how about there is am writing this from my mom's phone, while sitting and eating. I truly love this food I eat it all the time in San Diego and LA and this time I found it here in the mall which I was exited about. I just had left the hospital with my mom and she wanted to walk around the mall, I saw the place and I told her let's it here it really good, we get to cashier and the not job was there I asked for my mom a glass of water after ordering she got the water and would not give the glass to me until I paid my food, my mom was the one wanting it, so I pay for the food grab the bowl and then started putting food in it. I wanted a side of cilantro from my mom and I thought not to put it in the bowl because the guys would cook it, so I told my mom that I'll get her some on the side, so he finished cooking and I sat my mom down at the table and went back to get two pathetic strands of cilantro the nut job was with customers so I just took them on top of my napkin she started yelling on top of her freaking Lungs that I cannot take cilantro I explained That I didn't want it cooked while still screaming her husband joined her!!!!!! Omfg I wanted to put the freaking cilantro down her freaking throught!! To shut her up I gave it back to her and she just threw it in the garbage what was the point of that? I don't know I don't understand for a pathetic stand of cilantro she not only lost a loyal Customer but the whole freaking mall was looking at her and now she can look at my pretty review !!!! First and last time I ever come here . Asian lady is rude to her customers and employees I wish I knew about all these reviews before purchasing here ! I got there and there was only one person ahead of me yet she was extremely pushy and hurried me up I turned around and there was nobody behind me I don’t understand why she was pressuring me to hurry up I was getting out my card from my wallet and she made hand gestures to hurry up and said “hurry pay” I should have left right there . ZERO customer service skills one thing I hate is when people can’t treat others with dignity and respect this lady clearly has lost it and doesn’t know how to use good customer service skills I couldn’t really understand what she was saying and instead of her being appreciative that I was only trying to understand she wanted me out of her line acting like she had a whole long line behind me . I doubt and hope they don’t get long lines with that type of attitude they don’t deserve customers I hope this Asian lady sees how nasty her behavior is she screams at her employees and they were not doing anything wrong her employees look so scared of her I feel so bad for them .
