I first heard about this restaurant from a close friend who spoke highly of it, assuring me that we would love the food. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a gracious server and waiter who took the time to walk us through the menu. Their thoughtful recommendations introduced us to menu items we hadn’t initially considered—each one an absolute winner. The sushi was nothing short of exceptional, crafted from some of the highest-quality fish I’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting. The otoro was especially remarkable, melting in my mouth with its buttery texture. The addition of caviar brought a delightful burst of flavor, an indulgent surprise that elevated the experience even further. And beyond taste, the presentation was stunning—adorned with gold accents that made each plate feel like a work of art. As the night came to a close, I found myself feeling both elated and wistful. The joy of savoring such exceptional sushi was tempered by the bittersweet realization that I wouldn't find this level of quality back in my home state of GA. Still, I left feeling deeply grateful—for the exquisite food, the welcoming atmosphere, and an evening that was nothing short of delightful. I look forward to visiting this restaurant again in the...

Everything was fantastic! I ordered a few types of nigiri, and each one was delicious. The fish was fresh and flavorful, with thick, savory pieces. The sushi was also nicely plated and well-presented.

Red Snapper: This was a special listed on the board. The fish had a light, smoky taste and was really delicious. I’d definitely order this again! Yellowtail: Delightful with a rich umami flavor. Cherry Salmon: Topped with truffle oil and tobiko. Excellent and full of flavor. Bluefin Toro: Amazing—so buttery it melted in my mouth. Eel: Had a nice char and wasn’t dry. Very good. Toro Toro Truffle Crostini: 10/10 umami—superb! The service was excellent. I was seated right away at the bar, and the sushi chefs were very friendly. You could tell they were passionate about their craft, which really enhanced the atmosphere of the restaurant. It felt like a special place, not just another neighborhood sushi spot.

The restaurant is located in a plaza next to Mother's Market with plenty of parking. The decor is cool and unique, and I particularly loved the large custom fish art on the wall behind...

Let me start by saying, I have been eating sushi for 20+ years. Not only in California, but around the world. From some of the greats like New York City , Las Vegas , Virgin Islands , Asia and the rest. Please don’t get me wrong all of those sushi experiences prior to this sushi experience we’re amazing. However….. This experience was unlike anything I’d ever experienced before. Attention to detail the quality of Fish, the adventurous spirit of the Chef, Was a mindbending experience. In a way I’m upset that I found this amazing gem near Anaheim, California. The reason is because any other sushi experience that I’ll have from this day forward will be lackluster… I will forever remember the amazing experience I had with this world, renowned chef, artist, entrepreneur, and the quality of his amazing Selection and his artistry if any of you were like me and truly enjoy and experience that you’re not to think about walking sit at the bar with Chef Let him guide you on a culinary sushi journey that you will not...
