I first heard about this restaurant from a close friend who spoke highly of it, assuring me that we would love the food. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a gracious server and waiter who took the time to walk us through the menu. Their thoughtful recommendations introduced us to menu items we hadn’t initially considered—each one an absolute winner. The sushi was nothing short of exceptional, crafted from some of the highest-quality fish I’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting. The otoro was especially remarkable, melting in my mouth with its buttery texture. The addition of caviar brought a delightful burst of flavor, an indulgent surprise that elevated the experience even further. Cherry Salmon: Topped with truffle oil and tobiko. Excellent and full of flavor. Bluefin Toro: Amazing—so buttery it melted in my mouth. Eel: Had a nice char and wasn’t dry. Very good. Toro Toro Truffle Crostini: 10/10 umami—superb! The service was excellent. I was seated right away at the bar, and the sushi chefs were very friendly. You could tell they were passionate about their craft, which really enhanced the atmosphere of the restaurant. It felt like a special place, not just another neighborhood sushi spot.
