McDonald's — Restaurant in Santa Clara

Well for starters, as I've arrives in lane 2, lane one was getting done with their order. So, I'm sitting in lane 2, and another car arrived in lane 1. They got to order 1st than me. Then, when they finally got to my order, I had asked them if they had the two 10 pc chi with 2 medium cokes n fry's! She said yes! So, I told her yes I want that, she asked if I wanted that in a large. I answered yes I do. So then I paid and waited a few moments for the car ahead of me to move forward n get their order. So, when I arrived at the window, the lady gave me a 20 pc with 1 french fries, n no drink! So I asked her where's my drink, then she said oh, im sorry. Here it is. Then I asked where the other fry's and drink are at? I told her that I had ordered the two medium fry's n drinks with the 20 pc! (May I say that the line was getting backed up. I felt bad for them in the back waiting ) then the lady said that the cashier didn't charge me for it! I'm like you know, she needs to get the order straight from the beginning! So she asked me to pay for the difference at 1.49. So I gave her 2.00. Then she gave me a separate bag with fry's only! And walked away from the window! But, I didn't receive my other large coke with extra ice! So, I said excuse me but, you haven't gave me my other drink! She said yes she did!, but I said you only gave me 1! She looked into my car and said to the other woman to give me a drink. But as it seemed when they were together as they were talking amongst themselves I felt like I was asking for too much on a simple order that should've gotten it right! I usually go the other one on Lawrence Exp, but their line was long and usually the fountain drink machine usually goes down when I go there! I went to this McDonalds at around 3:50 PM Jan. 14 2021, and ordered a quarter pounder meal with a Diet Coke. Got home and drank some of the coke and it had a really bad taste. I then smelled it and it had a bad rank smell. I'm also feeling queasy beginning about 15 minutes after taking two small sips (a regular first sip followed by a small sip that verified that something was wrong with it). I called the Santa Clara Public health department and left a detailed message, and I'm saving the soda. I also attempted to call this McDonalds but got a fax machine tone. I feel it likely with the Covid they are not getting properly inspected and the employees aren't doing a good job keeping the food and equipment sanitized. I eat at McDonalds my entire life and have never before had something like this happen. I've ate at this McDonalds many times but they should not ever serve tainted food or drink. This wasn't merely a wrong soda mix or lacking carbonation, the smell was/is really bad. Smells...
