Seniore's Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Clara

I’m a lifetime resident of Santa Clara. This pizza place is less than a five minute drive from my house. I used to eat here a lot when I was younger, the food was great. But after a while, my family decided to stop eating out so much. So we decided to not order or go to restaurants. When we started to do so again we used a different pizza place that was about 10 minutes away. I happened to not want to use our normal pizza place and remembered that this restaurant was five minutes away from the house so I proceeded to make a phone order. A large two topping pizza, two orders of fried raviolis, one meat and one cheese and a salad. The gentleman who took the order on the phone was nice and it was an easy transaction. But when getting there, there was one lady behind the counter, and when I told her my name, she looked at me like she had no idea what I was talking about. Even when I mentioned the items from my order she still had no idea what I was talking about and was still confused. As I was about getting ready to leave without food, she decided to go in the back and poked around for a couple minutes and then came out with my food. Which had just been thrown all over the kitchen because I could see my pizza on one side of the kitchen and then the order of raviolis and salad on the other side. She rang me up, I paid and left. After getting home, this is where the real disappointment began. After opening both boxes of the raviolis, you could obviously tell that they had been flash frozen, then heated it up in a microwave so the outside of it had never been deep fried. They were mostly dry and basically tasted like uncooked pasta. Both cheese and meat fillings were cold. And as for the pizza, I’m just going to leave it at cardboard pizza, and say nothing else about it. All in all BEWARE of this pizza place and I will be going back to the pizza place 10 minutes away...

I am so disappointed today. I ordered 2 family size pizzas and one X-large pizza as well as one dozen of soft drink(total cost is about $94) today for my company at noon. The manager told me it took for 40 minutes to be ready and will deliver to our company located at Scott Blvd, Santa Clara. After one hour later, around 1pm, I did not get the pizzas and called them, the manager told me should be there within 3 minutes. Another 15 minutes later, I still not see the pizzas arrive, I called them again, the manager said he will contact the person for delivery. The manager said he will give me discount for delay delivery. I stood outside of company building and very anxious to wait the pizzas delivery. I keep calling to ask the manager where is the pizza. My company management and guests are waiting for pizzas for lunch. At 2pm, I am so angry to call the store manager again and told him it is ridiculous for this kind delivery. The manger told me yes it is ridiculous and told me do not pay any penny to the person delivers the pizzas. I do not care it is free, I do care where my ordeted pizza are. End up my order is free because I did not get any pizza delivery today. This is very strange and ridiculous. I do...

I can't say enough about this place and for the sake of a post I will try to keep this as short as possible but this place has always rocked and disappoints. The pizza is always great, I'm a meat guy so I get the meat overs and its loaded with all greats...beef, pork, and chicken. The wings are a great size and always cooked to perfection. My faves are the lemon pepper and buffalo but they have like 4-5 other choices of flavors too. one thing they make that I can say I have never seen before is this monstrous sized pizza....the thing is like 3 feet wide....I think they call it G size. Their chicken Alfredo is great too....and if you get breadsticks try the seniores sauce. They have wine that you can buy by the glass and beers in bottles and about 5 on tap. The staff is always friendly and courteous.... Always down to earth and human....not just "working" there. And here's the best thing (at least for those people not originally from California) they personally deliver, without you having to go through grubhub or eat24 and Doordash. Overall I give this place...
