I recently started exploring this place. I usually prefer homemade food and it's because I don't want to deal with too much MSG. After a few trials, I was almost sure that this place didn't use MSG or even so, not much. I saw some reviews here criticizing the food or bad customer service. I can address some.
This place does not seem to use too much seasonings for some vegetable based menus. The taste of 'vegetarian kimbap' can be too subtle for those who crave Korean food with strong seasonings but it will be a perfect meal for vegetarians who love the harmonized taste of natural ingredients. Their pork cutlet seemed to use good meat and ingredients. I had a short conversation with the owner and she mentioned it to me with pride.
I agree that their customer service couldn't be complimented. Speaking up a bit on their side, I noticed that all of the staff there including the owner were all around players, cooking and dealing with customers at the same time. They looked extremely busy whenever I was there.
