I visited Taco Bell and encountered an issue with my order that left me somewhat dissatisfied. I'm wondering if drive-thru orders are logged because I ordered two of the new veggie cheesy jalapeño Mexican pizzas. Initially, I verified the order on the screen and then also checked with the cashier before paying. He seemed surprised and had to correct my order prior to paying and receiving my food. I saw that he alerted the back that my order is veggie.
However, upon delivering the food to my husband, he discovered that one of the pizzas contained beef, which we cannot consume due to our dietary restrictions. I promptly called Taco Bell to address the issue and was told to come inside the restaurant for the correction.
When I arrived at the counter, the cashier seemed unaware of the situation, despite my prior phone call. What bothered me most was that he attempted to explain that it might have been my mistake for changing the order at the window, which was not the case. The process was unnecessarily defensive and lengthy.
As a customer, all I wanted was for the mistake to be corrected, and I felt this could have been handled more efficiently. I didn’t even ask for a refund, I just wanted my food at this point. Nevertheless, they did provide the correct veggie cheesy jalapeño Mexican pizza along with some cinnamon sticks and extra fire sauce.
In the future, I hope Taco Bell can prioritize swift issue resolution without delving into explanations, especially when it's clear there was a mistake on their end. Why else would I drive back 15 minutes? In such situations, it's vital to focus on swift and accurate corrections without unnecessary explanations. Hopefully, my feedback ensures a smoother experience for...
Read moreI mobile ordered and went thru the drive-thru to pick up, I ask the lady taking the drive thru orders whether she received my order or not, no answer from the other end. Then I pulled up to the window then she handed me food without saying anything. I had a doubt she messed up my order, so I pulled into parking lot and checked my food she handed me someone's food. I went in to get my food and returned the wrong food bag, then manager showed up saying what you want know...!!! She was hearing the whole conversation and she wanted to ignore their fault about messing up my food and being unprofessional she said we don't have your order but I can see it on their order screen. Later one of their employee started the order and she wasn't looking at the screen to make sure the add on toppings and removed options. After she made the whole order she then realized she messed up the order and she has to start from the scratch. One of the worst Taco Bell restaurant. If you people hate doing your job better quit. The manager has too much attitude beside...
Read moreI ordered a cheezy potato grilled loader but I was given a beef taco which I took a whole bite off believing that I had got the correct order just like any other customer. I'm a Hindu by religion and this basically means that Taco Bell is responsible for breaking the sanctity of my beliefs and practices of being a pure vegetarian. I feel disgusting and what's even more disappointing is that when I went back to the store and informed them, they did not have any sense of remorse. No one apologized to me and rather they laughed it off when I was about to leave. This is outrageous and I urge the top management of Taco Bell to look into it. This happened at the Santa Clara Taco Bell which is opposite Santa...
