Bagel Boyz — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

This place has potential but I couldn't get past their lack of cleanliness. We got there around 10AM and there were only four bagel options to choose from. They were sold out of almost everything so they must be doing something right. We were the only customers in line so I ordered and when I was waiting to pay I began to really look around. Everything was filthy. The floor needed to be swept, the grout was black, the walls needed to be cleaned the refrigerators and microwave were oily and greasy, and all of their equipment did not look clean either. The staff was incredibly friendly but whoever owns the place needs to take some time to deep clean the whole store (vents, floors, equipment). Even the tray that they served our food on was greasy on the bottom and sides. The dirtiness didn't look like it was from just one day either.

On a positive note, they were generous with their cream cheese and the strawberry bagel was decent. I just can't justify going back until they clean the place. The public's health and safety should be at the top of every food establishment's list and I just did not see that during my...

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'd give ZERO stars if possible. This was my second time ordering a vanilla blended coffee freeze from this restaurant. First time clearly contained coffee based on appearance and and taste. I ordered the same beverage again today. This time, I received a white iced beverage with ZERO coffee, which is evident from the picture, and the restaurant charged me nearly $5 for ice and vanilla. To make matters worse, when I called the restaurant to complain, their employee LIED to me and said that this was how they make their blended vanilla coffee and that he's "pretty sure" the vanilla powder has caffeine. Such a great experience, we recommend this restaurant. Usually bagels are considered a quick breakfast bite, however this place redefines this concept. We had the Rancho chicken, Turkey guacamole, sesame bagel with cream cheese and the owner gifted us their awesome sugar cinnamon crunch bagels (donut like creations so crunchy and soft) Their dough has no additives and is made in such a traditional way that we were advised to store them in the freezer and warm them up til it was time to eat 'em.
