Guanatos Tacos — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

First time having Guanatos Tacos & I must say food was great, hot off the grill. Unlike other places where you can sometimes wait 10-20 min and receive your food cold that takes away all the flavor. We dined in which is always a preferred option for us when getting tacos. There is a nice patio area which is shaded👌🏾also a few table inside for those who like to dine with some AC. Costumer service was great workers frequently asked if we needed anything else like more napkins more hot sauce which was really good I believe they have 4 different hot sauces to choose from all really good as well. The birria tacos were good. If you get the “red” ones they come with cheese and are good like queso birria tacos. The consommé was also very good as well. Honestly I sipped down the remainder after eating my tacos. :) Overall the taste is good but it can be pricy. On the last trip got the red birria quesadilla with consommé and it ended up around 18 something. Pricy but it tasted really good. The inside is small but not busy so plenty of seating. I always see this place when I take my pets to the vet and finally decided to try it. Service was good but the food was seriously lacking.

If I am going to pay almost 8 dollars for two tacos shouldn’t it at least be a little fresh? Carne Asada was very dry and obviously over a day old. Lime slice was old too. Salsa was prepackage so not fresh.

I expect more from Mexican food, people want delicious fresh ingredients. For the price it should be better quality or the price needs to be lowered to reflect...
