They have the super soft yet chewy boba that's rare to find. I love this place don't get me wrong but my only complaint is that they're too syrup dependent. Hardly any menu items don't use syrup. One time I ordered something for my toddler that according to the menu only had natural fruit but when we got it it was very suspiciously pink. Tried it, and sure enough that thing was puure syrup. To be fair, I was asking a lot of questions to this obviously new person and I made it known that I wanted it a LITTLE sweet and we agreed to sweeten it using some vanilla ice cream. I think in the end I confused her a bit and she thought that it wouldn't be sweet enough for my 2 1/2 y/o and decided to add some syrup. Needless to say, it ended up getting tossed. I called, made it known, and they were gracious enough to gift me a free drink on my next visit.

I've been a regular patron here for the better part of 4 years, filled out countless loyalty cards, and that's the only issue I've ever had with them. I really do love this place it's my go to summer time spot thanks to their icee milks. Their food is amazing too I highly recommend the green onion pancakes they are entirely addicting! And the people there are the nicest! I just wish they offered more stuff that was real and chilled out...

Nice boba in the middle of nowhere. Not bad. I actually liked the dumplings here. Cheap and tasty. Berryblast smoothy was ok. Boba was decent. The server, however, had some attitude, and she just didn't want to be there. A guy worker messed up my order, and he had to start all over again, which took a lot of time. No apologies. No extra drinks. No discount. Then, no tip. Well, I was still nice and gave a Washington+ change. Still, the girl with an attitude, or the new guy who made a mistake, did not get it. If there is one thing I'm thankful for in 2020, it was giving this place a shot. Michelle was incredibly helpful and kind; the taro smoothie she recommended is in my top 5 drinks! And I've tried a lot of drinks.
