Slurp & Sip Valencia is such a fun and unique spot. They have an entire wall stocked with every kind of ramen you can imagine – Korean, Japanese, spicy, mild, you name it. You pick your favorite ramen, then customize it with tons of toppings like cheese, sausage, dumplings, or even spam. There are free toppings too (lime, green onion, cilantro, jalapeño) which makes it even better.

The self-serve ramen cookers are super easy to use, and it’s fun to watch your bowl come together. The staff is really friendly and always happy to help if it’s your first time.

Besides ramen, their menu has great options like donkatsu bowls, shrimp rice bowls, fried rice, and Korean corn dogs. Everything we tried was delicious and really satisfying.

The shop itself is bright, clean, and has a fun vibe. There are tables to eat inside, and the wall full of post-it notes from customers adds a nice personal touch.

This isn’t your typical ramen spot. Slurp & Sip offers a unique self-serve instant ramen experience where you get to choose from a wide selection of Korean instant noodles and then customize your bowl with tons of delicious toppings. From savory broths to spicy kickers, it’s all there and the cooking station makes it a fun, hands-on experience.

I have eaten here twice now with my sister and we are now huge fans and will regularly be eating here. There is a huge variety of ramen options and there is something for everyone. The ramen is customizable and there are tons of toppings that can be added to make it to your liking. They also have a variety of snacks, drinks, and ice cream options. Everything we have tried so far has been delicious. The experience is very user friendly too as the staff is always willing to help walk you through cooking your ramen. All of the staff is very kind, friendly, and helpful and make the overall experience even better.
