When I first got there I asked what cream cheeses they have and the guy who was very rude pointed to a list then when I tried to order he was like oh we don't have bagels (yet they're called deli and bagels) when I asked if I bought a bagel from Starbucks next door if he would put cream cheese on it he said yes, instead when I returned with the bagel he was very rude and said he never said he'd put the cream cheese on the bagel and sold me a 1oz container of cream cheese for almost $4 and told me to do it myself and told me I was being rude when all I did was ask simple questions, I'm no psychic. Then he made it seem like it was a big hassle to give me a reciept. Never coming back.
Edit: about 3 or 4 hours later (I hadn't eaten anything since the bagel) I became very nauseous and eventually threw the bagel with lox cream cheese up and felt fine right after. The correct response to that situation by the way is “(Sorry about that), I’ll put cheese on your sandwich.” Then charge me if necessary. That’s it.
I also really don’t need STALE bagels - one of the sandwiches was on a bagel with a completely stale bottom. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Must have been drying out on a hot surface all morning, completely careless.
Hard pass on certain people and the food...

What goes good with a Pastrami sandwich? Potato salad of course. Unfortunately for us and anyone else that knows how a good potato salad should taste, this was one of the worst I've had, get another side instead.
The sandwich on the other hand was just as described in other reviews I read, juicy and tender with the right amount of fattiness. I had mine toasted on egg bread instead of the traditional Rye and it was pretty tasty. They also have Roast Beef and Corn Beef, thinking about trying the...
