Juice It Up! — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

I've been to "Juice It Up" many times now and today was the first time that I was offered a punch card. If it was offered to me in the beginning I could have been at 5 punches which would be halfway to a free smoothie. Not cool. Biggest complaint was how the manager treated my friend... Today was a warm day I couldn't leave my dog in the car. I told my friend I'm not sure that they will allow dogs in the shop but I'll check the door for any signs that may say "Pets Not Allowed." Surely enough, there wasn't a sign! I ordered our drinks as my friend held the dog on a leash in the shop. The manager said to her next time don't bring the dog in here. She commented, "Oh I guess this place isn't pet friendly after all," and went outside (which could have been the end of this lame ordeal) but then, the manager followed her outside and tells her... "It's the health department you know!" WOW!!! Really?!!! Do you as the manager still need to argue/bully a customer?!!! You made your point and the dog was escorted outside at the point you said next time don't bring the dog in here. BUT really, if it was important for NO PETS in your store then a SIGN should be posted on the door so that there will be no confusion to any pet owner!!! My friend was disgusted and threw her smoothie...

Beautiful new menus. But cut out half the normal drinks and raised the prices. Plus charge you extra without posting any extra pricing on the board. Been going there for years. Today am deeply disappointed. Bought a Zone drink with whey, like I often do - which is already pricey. Then because of whey protein I am surprisingly charged an extra dollar. Felt very cheated, esp as there is no mention of "extra $1 for whey". I don't like soy but get penalized for whey. Not sure if I'll return there unless I have coupons. Drinks are getting waaay too expensive and...

The staff is great. I came here on my lunch break. First time and only had a large bill. Was told they couldn't take it. Understood. So I waited for my Co worker to get their drinks. Was given my drink either way. Great customer service. Great drinks. Everyone has to try the pitaya sunset! Will...
