Urbane Cafe — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

First time going here 2/3/24. We were excited to try a new place. Only to be highly dissappointed.... it took 40 mins for the employees to ask if we got our order. When we stated no and how long ago we ordered, they went to look for it. At a 45 min wait time they aknowledged that our order had gotten cold and needed to remake it. After an hour they brought our order out. Only to be missing a meal. When notified about the missing meal it still took another 15 mins to get it out. Then to find out it was sitting on the counter pushed aside after being made 10 mins ago. The employee packing the togo orders and organizing the dine in orders was not organized and was not paying attention to what order was placed 1st. 70 bucks...

Urbane cafes newest location is splendid. The crew is friendly, the food is fresh, and the flavor is explosive. I ordered the tri tip sandwich. It’s a symphonic blend of tender tri tip, bread and butter pickles, a wonderfully spiced sauce, Swiss cheese, apple slaw, and their in house made focaccia. As I entered the restaurant, I was welcomed with a friendly greeting. I picked up the food I ordered online and was pleasantly surprised with a free cookie in my meal. The cookie was gooey and buttery. Every urbane cafe I’ve been to has had top notch service and food deserving of praise. If you’re in the area and looking for a sandwich that you’ll crave for days to come, I highly recommend...

I came in today after honestly one of the worst days I’ve had in a while because i just got out of the doctor’s office with a broken thumb and wasn’t in the mood for anything. But Terenz, who was working the counter and brought out my food, changed that. He was super chill, respectful, and just genuinely kind. Didn’t rush me, didn’t give me fake energy. solid customer service that made me feel a bit better when I needed it most. Small stuff like that matters when you’re having a rough day, and he didn’t even know what I was going through. Appreciate the way he took care of everything.
