Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

Ordering online is easy as can be, they are modestly priced for what you get, and are always on time. Delivery drivers are generally nice and friendly and arrive quickly with the food still hot. Going in and ordering over the phone is a different story. The girl(s?) that have answered the last couple times I called have been very rude. They rush you off the phone and seem to not have time for a customer inquiry. Very glad I don't have to deal with them face-to-face, or I probably would not frequent this location ever. It was my first time having dominos in probably over a year. I was really excited to get a pizza and was a little disappointed.

The pizza was extremely greasy and when I picked up a slice everything just slid off due to the amount of grease. It also felt like it was very undercooked.

Unfortunately, I had to throw the pizza away. It probably doesn’t happen often but I was really excited and was let down. This was late at night so it was inconvenient to return back...

While the pizzas are good, I have had several pies which were ridiculously mis-cut; some pieces far larger than others and some very small, only halfway cut to the center. Again, this has happened time and again. Customer service has been occasionally spotty; too much chatter between whoever is ringing up my order and other co-workers about non-work related issues.
