The people that work here are amazing. I am a disabled person, and one night come from a client's house my blood sugar dropped so low I thought I was going to pass out . I pulled over and went into the store hoping to get something to eat for when I arrive home. Alas as I was ordering I was drifting in thought, and from what I was told by the young employee s I had been standing there for sometime while they called me, yet I heard no voices. They were closing but insisted that I sit down, they gave me cookie to nibble on and some fresh juice, to raise my levels. Omg🤦🏾‍♀️... I was embarrassed, but so over whelmed with love for these young teenagers compassion and support that I just relaxed til I came too normal functions. They watched over me while they cleaned up, and kept asking me if things were going okay. I say who ever was in the position to hire these three, two girls and boy- They made a excellent pick. I’ve never had an issue with this place, but I ordered a number 8 like the usual and asked for no ham and when I got my sandwich I saw that it had ham in it and told the worker there that on my order I had asked for no ham and she was very nice about it and told me that apparently cooperate doesn’t allow substitutions for ingredients anymore, which I wasn’t made aware until today. I told her that it was never an issue before until today, but she told me that she was sorry, but that it would’ve have to been a number 7 if I wanted no ham. I had lunch with a friend who not only told me how good the sandwiches were but was in disbelief that I'd never had one of Jersey Mike's sandwiches. She was right. The turkey club(?) was outstanding; ingredients were very fresh, with a great condiment combination. I took a turkey club to go, for my fiancé', and he said it was the best sandwich he's ever had. He literally wants a Jersey Mike's sandwich, everyday.
