Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

As someone who has been coming to this location for the last 3 or so years, the most order and interaction I’ve had with this BWW has been poor. June 3, 2021: I ordered a BOGO 10-Boneless Wings deal through the app - 10 Parm Garlic and 10 Desert Heat. Ordered it at 7:38 PM and it arrived at about 1 hour and 20 minutes later (I figured the place was busy so I didn’t mind this); what’s unfortunate is that they only gave me 5 of each flavor of wing, so only 10 (even though the e-mail receipt literally says “BOGO 10 Boneless Wings (20 Total”). Having paid the full approximate $17 for the wings and with the additional delivery fee and delivery tip, I paid $28.49 for half of my actual order, which is abysmal. Therefore, I called the location and told them the problem (I spoke with a person by the name of Sandra, and they were very polite). I was given a credit for 20 boneless for next time in the event I order from this BWW again; I was advised to make sure to call the location before ordering so the credit would work, which is fine. Fast forward to June 10, 2021: one week later, I decided I wanted to use my credit for those 20 wings. I called the location at around 8:00 PM - I was asked if I could hold and I told them I could wait. I was left on hold for almost 19 minutes and then they straight up hung up, which I’ve never had experience with before; I’m at a loss for why they decided to do that, but I digress.

Despite my continued visits to this BWW, I advise not ordering delivery or ordering toward the later times of the day, because they continuously screw up orders and their service goes downhill the later it gets (understandably I suppose). I’ve had multiple credits with this location due to them giving the delivery drivers the wrong quantity or type of food (this has been at least the third time), so it’s honestly better for your money to pick up the food and more favorable for you to avoid dodgy service by checking your food on your own before leaving the building. It’s not enjoyable being this critical of the location; despite enjoying the food they provide, their service and screw ups versus the price you pay are not in good alignment with each other.

The only reason why this review has two stars and not one is because they try to rectify errors when you call them out for it and the food has always been fine. If someone has read this far into this review, I hope it’s of value to you, whether you be a consumer, employee, manager, or...

If I could give zero stars, I would. Sat at the bar, which was only occupied by two people as you'd think service would be much quicker. The restaurant was no where close to busy, with more than enough staff to provide great service. I was able to order my drink, but the bartender was no where to be seen to place my food order as my time frame for happy hour was dwindling. Finally after maybe 15 mins or so of waiting she finally returned to take my order. Two separate patrons sat on either side of me and were able to order and receive their food before I even saw mine. I asked a gentleman what the hold up was, and if he could check on my food since these other patrons arrived 30-40 mins after I placed my order. He disappeared, and finally came back after 10 mins with 50% of my order. By the time I was about 85% done with my TWELVE WINGS mind you..he brought my fries and quickly walked away. Having already been there for an hour and just about done with my wings, I wanted nothing to do with the fries. After awhile I was able to speak with a manager, and explained my situation. Shockingly the response was "oh I heard about your situation" which is crazy as not a soul acknowledged what was happening. She took the fries off the check (as they should, they weren't even touched) and took $3.24 off of my check. Over an hour and a half of my time WASTED for 12 boneless wings. The only reason why I am giving this place 2 stars is because the wings were good.

To start I was waiting for the rest of my party to arrive so I decided to go to the Bar with my son and have a drink and an appetizer. We were at the bar for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to come help us. Can't remember my server name but she was a dark skin girl with braids. She seemed a little loss when taking our order, (mind you we just got mozzarella sticks with a sprite) not hard at all. So about 10 minutes later our food gets here and she forgot to tell us when I ordered that they were out of marinara sauce, ummmm ok, what am I supposed to dip them in.

I waiting an additional 10 minutes and she did not stop ones to check on us, I wanted the bill since my party had arrived, I asked one of the other servers if she can close me out. So I pay my bill and head towards the other side of the restaurant, when behold my server appears, asking me to pay my bill. I told her I already paid it, she kept insisting for me to pay her, till I told her. Go to my F**ing table and see the signed receipt.

We get seated with the rest of my party, that service was on point, young lady with her sides buzzed (super friendly). We ordered our food, food came in a timely manner.

Side Note: Asked if they would be playing the Dodger game, and my bar server said they rarely put on the Dodger game, uh hello it's LA how are you not putting on a Dodger game, but will have golf and poker on. Will never be coming back to...
