Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

Very disappointed with the management at this place. I waited for an extra half hour for a catering order today 8/5. I noticed someone leaving with another catering order just before I arrived. On top of that, these workers still had to deal with singular online orders AND walk ins... How? How could that possibly be done safely? Two catering orders and daily lunch rushes falling on what, 4 people? I'm amazed they were able to complete the orders as fast as they did. Left a $100 tip so they know someone cares about them, since their management obviously doesn't. EDIT(8/11): As you can see in the owners response, they can't even take responsibility for over working their current employees. It has to be someone else's fault. Absolutely HORRID leadership. My opinion of their management could not fall any lower. Last bit, they say no one's applying, but they have no Job listings available ¯(ツ)/¯ Sounds like they're just lazy...

So disappointed in Jersey Mike’s on Golden Valley.

The staff has gone downhill. Rude, argumentative when you ask a simple question.

They got rid of menu items that made them a step above Firehouse and Subway.

They don’t know how to roll up a wrap without getting sauce and avocado all over. So now the extra I paid for the avocado is a waste of money since it’s on the paper they threw away or in the bowl container they had to put the wrap it because it was getting messy. Which is ridiculous since all that’s in the wrap is turkey, cheese , light lettuce, bacon (which I had to throw away since it wasn’t even cooked properly, extremely chew and limp), avocado, and ranch.

After eating about 1/3 of the tortilla wrap was too hard to...

I ordered on Postmates and made a mistake and immediately* contacted Jersey Mikes regarding my change which is what the app tell you to do. After 3 times calling no answer , I then tell Postmate agent which then contacts them telling me they can't contact to make the changes either. So I drive to the location to discover the staff member there tells me they turned the phones off due low staff. It's 10 am and nobody is ordering Jersey Mikes and nobody was inside. lol but anyway if your numbers are decreasing at this location maybe review your staffs mental work capacity. Also it was two females there 9/28 1030am not the gentleman from the lovley...
