Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

Has to be the worst location ever. It’s the worst possible service you can receive. Every time I come the same guys seem like it’s their first day working here. They look and act clueless and confused on the registers and taking orders. I truly don’t understand how or who hired these people. Been to Newhall location and the service is amazing and staff is so professional and on top of it. Don’t know what happened here. Never see more than one or two workers here and they NEVER answer the phone!! Nor are any ready made pizzas. Our crazy bread was horrible it was dry and had no cheese. I went to this location during my lunch break to pick up a hot and ready pizza. Every la little Caesar’s I have ever been to has hot and ready pizza as that’s what they are know for. It turns out that during lunch hour this particular location did not have any pizza available to sell. Everything was a 15/20 minute wait. When I asked the lady at the counter why they didn’t have any hot and ready pizza, she looked at me like I was crazy. If anything just order ahead as this place seems poorly run. Very very poor quality in cooking! Poor management and very understaffed! The owner of this particular location should be watching the CCTV of his/her restaurant because the poor employees who work there cook awful! Last week my son choked on their under cooked crazy bread, I called to talk to someone about this and the employee contacted the manager or supervisor —someone (who was useless)- and that person refused to give out their name!
