It was cold and raining in this area so we decided to have some hot ramen instead. We found this place on yelps and gave it a try. It located on the main street and inside a strip mall. There were few people inside the restaurant that time, and after we seated down there was a rush of customers starting to arrive. It was a lunch time and the restaurant was getting busy. We ordered some green teas, A bowl of shoyu Ranen and Tan Tan spicy midi Ramen. The meal was about $30.00 for both of us which was decent, but the sad thing was we still hungry. I loved the broths which were very deep and tasty, and the noodles seemed very fresh. The decors inside were simple and organized. Well again the services we're ok it wasn't any special. Maybe it was busy that they negligent the customers. Even my daughter felt the same way I did.

Misleading food menu we ordered pork ramen and they served us shrimp ramen instead, we tried asking them to replace all that shrimp ramen they served us because I have allergy with shrimps but they only replaced 1 order and the other order we have to pay extra or pay again to replace the shrimp ramen we did not order. The waitress or owner argued that it was not their fault she said that Umaichi pork ramen has no pork meat in it and she said the one that has pork is the pork ramen and all the costumers that often comes in there knows their menu. I said "what about for new customers? We didn't know that" ...and I was just scratching my head walking away from her. Their customer service is horrible they will make you feel bad and embarrassed you in front of all other costumers not recommended to anyone.

I've had better ramen. But it's Ramen and that's typically a good thing. Location: Upon waking into the facility I could tell they were taking precautions with COVID-19. We felt as if we walking into an apocalypse ramen joint. They had speration panels between every table. I've been to many restaurants over the last few years and this is the first one we have seen be this thorough. May their spirit be Infectious to other locations... Food: Comfort food that is also a cultural bliss to the taste buds is always a win. Was it super duper authentic? (Broth boiled for hours to a classic smooth reduction and wild mushrooms gathered from the forest) No. Was it sightly Americanized based on acquirable ingredients? Yes.

This is the first time I dine in this restaurant, so let start giving my honest opinion and review on this restaurant. They have plastic barriers per table, 5 stars. I’ll give a 5-star review for the taste, quality, and quantity of their food. Ramen and appetizers are superb. Waiting time, not bad they are busy but we were able to sit right away, the system is good 5 stars for that. Staff, very knowledgeable and friendly, another 5 stars. Price is very reasonable, another 5 star Restaurant size would be 3.0 stars, they are small for a large group you will be sitting on different tables, max on a table with plastic barriers are 6 guests. For a small group, I’ll give 5 stars. Cleanliness, tables are made of stainless steel which is easy to clean. The only thing I noticed was they have only 2 staff who does all the ordering, cashier, serving and cleaning. I would suggest after cleaning the tables gloves should be replaced or have another staff doing all the cleanings. Overall I love this place and highly recommend it to everyone, you will enjoy and love their...
