Wanted to let everyone know how HORRIBLE my experience was thanks to ROBIN (5â3-5-â6 pale skin, long dark hair that ends mid way down her sheet, medium sized women). First off they had been lacking in inventory for a while so they were finally restocking. One of the boxes there had an open box of vinyl which no one was putting up and weâre not displayed yet. So carefully my mom held the ones we did not want and I made a pile of the ones I was purchasing (we purchased around 10). While this was occurring ROBIN came up manically and rudely yelling at us that we werenât allowed to touch. As I tried explaining she got hostile and I pulled my phone out to record her behavior and what she was saying. At that point she speed walked away and I carried on my shopping. With my phone still in my hand I made the unfortunate mistake of walking in her isle and she ran up to me and rudely shouted âDO YOU WANT TO TAKE A PICTURE OF MY FACEâ so I was like yes actually (so I could post with the review). Then literally ran away to tell her boss on me after she initiated the interaction. So the assistant manager comes up to us later to tell us how we arenât allowed to take pictures of the employees. First of does she not know the law??? Their is no expectation of privacy in a public store especially when they have cameras AND it wouldnât matter either way when her employee came up to me and offered her consent by asking if I wanted a photo of her. So the lack of overall accountability and knowledge even after I explained her employee initiated it was horrible even told the supervisor to check cameras to see how she came up to me. No action was taken against this worker and she will be protected by them as the supervisor made it clear by her intent to shift blame to us the entire conversation when the cameras literally will show it. I own a clothing business and network with other seamstresses, embroiderers, and craftersâso I will be sharing my experience and telling everyone to shop elsewhere. Will be posting on all Review and social media platforms.
If you are going to go out of your way to be rude. Then come up to me and try to start drama by asking me if Iâd like your picture then running off to the manager cause it happened.    Read moreThis location seemed extremely understaffed; I arrived at 6p on a Thursday. I had to make a return for an online order. The cashier and the one lady in front of me took about 20 minutes to complete her transaction. When it was my turn I had both order confirmations on my phone ready to go, I was returning 3 of the same item.The young woman processed the return as two separate transactions and asked lots of questions, which I didn't mind but most of her questions were representative and a line was forming behind me. She had to call for management 4-5 times before they would arrived and provide her their override. At one point she called for management and she and I both watched him walk slowly past us, I could tell this upset her because she was doing her best.    Read moreI am updating my review and bringing it down to a 1 star. I had a very bad experience at this location. I feel like we were discriminated against by the associate. I was waiting in line for a short time and when it got to my turn Joelle, the cashier, looked at us and then closed the line. She had already seen us standing in line waiting. I asked why she didn't mention that she was going to close the line. She proceeded to laugh and then called her associate Jerica to laugh with her and then open the register next to the register we were waiting for and take the next customer there. I feel like she judged us based on some prejudice she has. I own a business and frequently come to hobby lobby for supplies. I will certainly not come back to this location.
