Never in my life have I taken the time to post a negative comment I usually just let it go and go about my day but the service I received or in this case didn't receive has forced me to take the time to post. I waisted $99 last week to have a tech come out to diagnose my tv he told me he was ordering the part & would be back next Tuesday the 15th to fix the tv my time frame was between 12-4pm I also requested a 30min heads up call just in case I needed to run out. I took the day off of work and waited hours for someone to come finally called at 4:30 to find out if the tech was running late or if something happened & im so thankful I called because not only did they take it upon themselves not to notify me the part ended up on back order they decided to reschedule to a different time & date & not once did they call me to make me aware of the change. I was so upset & even talking to the customer service guy on the phone was no help all he kept saying was I agree with you & how frustrating this situation is uhhh yea you think!? Than he had the nerve to say well I can only schedule you for two slots between 8/12 or 12 & 4 like no Mr you guys are the ones at fault & your expecting me to be inconvenienced again!? Negative!!! All in all horrible experience is advice going to a local despair at least they make you feel more confident & offer a money back guarantee if the problem isn't solved rather than wasting your time & money on this...

Brought it in Saturday, December 2nd, and picked it up 4 1/2 hours later (after being promised several times it would be 3 hours at the absolute latest), and ever since the speaker at the top of my screen has buzzed incessantly anytime I've used my phone. I now can't use my phone for phone calls or to play videos/go on social media unless use airpods, and when I asked them to fix it, they said there's nothing they could do since "it didn't flag as damaged while running diagnostics" after they fixed my phone battery. If I want it fixed it will cost me an additional $200 to get my whole front screen replaced, and honestly I'm too nervous to pay them fix it because I think they might break a different part of the phone that they'll then...

Appointment details included my model phone, but when I arrived at my appointment at Best Buy in Santa Clarita CA, I was told they did not have batteries in stock. I asked why they didn’t cancel my appointment since they had my details, and the geek squad rep told me they never look at that. I wasted days waiting for appointment, kept my commitment and travelled to Best Buy for this appointment, but Geek Squad didn’t even care about wasting the customers time. Why did they make an appointment if they didn’t have batteries??? Rep said I could prepay to order a battery, they would call me when it came in, and THEN they would schedule another appointment.
