Yes 4 days ago I went to go buy a some more at Best Buy hours in there for 45 minutes I asked for help and they said they're going to be right with me a young woman walks in and I can't believe they're helping her already she doesn't buy nothing at that time in an hour has passed I was very upset my father is 80 years old when I was leaving I said I hope everything was too satisfying and please come again I told them I've been here for a whole hour I've been asking help to every damn employee the only person to help me was the greeter but he doesn't know anything about Soundbars that is not his Department the only person that was friendly was the greeter in African-American he tried to help I don't blame him because his apartment is not sales so I told the guy a pretty screwed up day already because I got any help I was very upset already I told do i have to in tight jeans and be a young woman to get help this person named buck I don't know if he was one of the manager then I raised my voice and said again do I have to a young woman to help in this store buck yeld at me and my 80 year dad then yelled at me again and said to me to get out of the best buy store I got upset and I told him what do I have to have a pretty face and be young woman to get help around here he got more mad and said get the hell out of the store yelling at me I got embarrassed because he told me in front of the customers made me feel like a heel and he did in front of my 80 year old dad a person that yells at customers should not be working at places of sales Salon live review is to tell people to be careful with these salespersons and how old is in these guys I just turned 53 years old this guy was about 38 years old they should learn how to respect their Elders as well and what got me made me even more mad that young woman did not buy anything I was about to buy a $700 soundbar but I didn't get the help or anything I was there for a whole hour and no help and I asked about five times for help they said I will be there with you in 5 minutes never got the help they mistreated me yelled at me and I was so embarrassed when they told me to get the hell out of the store and employees name is buck he should have more training or he should not in a place of sales I have got so many things in the past there and the way I got treated at the Valencia Best Buy that was not appropriate of him to do that to me especially when I'm older my father is 80 years my dad was very upset š š¢ and I suffer from bipolar disorder and I am disabled because I have broken my back in the past that was not right of him for sale skills don't know how to treat people and the worst thing I was there for a whole hour to buy a soundbar what an experience I don't want nobody to experience that it is the most embarrassing thing when they tell you get the hell out of the store I hope corporate does something about it his name is Buck if you guys go there please if you don't get help in the first 20 minutes just go leave because they don't care about customers and don't know how to treat people all you guys have a blessed day...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wish I could give this store ZERO stars. In February of this year I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from this location. I paid for delivery and install. About 3 weeks later I noticed that the floor in the room adjacent to the laundry room was wet. Upon further inspection it turned out to be the water line attached to the stream dryer. I turned off the water source and called Best Buy.
They had someone out in two days, their employees disconnected the washer and dryer and told me that the o ring in the hose going to the dryer was not seated properly when installed which caused grooves in it, which in turn meant it did not make a good seal and thats why it leaked. They took pictures, took the old hoses and hooked up the washer and dryer again (albeit without the water line to the dryer).
Since that time I have been handed off to one person after another as nobody wants to take responsibility for this install. It turns out that Best Buy contracts out to a transportation company for their delivery and install; in my case, Penn Ridge Transport. Best Buy's insurance company Gallagher Bassett refused to pay for the damages as they are blaming it on the transportation company that THEY hired. They sent me a letter saying the case is closed and I will have to take it up with Penn Ridge.
Penn Ridge has quit responding to phone calls and emails. Our floor was finally removed on April 14th because I was forced to hire a contractor to remove the molded flooring and walls before it became a health issue for our family. Penn Ridge is claiming that the "evidence" has been lost and they cannot help me until they find it. In the mean time my washer and dryer sits in the garage because it is apparently now a code issue to reinstall them until the flooring and walls have been fixed.
Several calls to Best Buy management have yielded no results and now they have stopped replying as well. Best Buy did send me a gift card in the amount of $75 for my troubles. Yeah thanks.
I am writing this review to warn the public of what you will face if your install goes wrong. Best Buy insurance company will not take any responsibility even though it was BEST BUY who sub contracted this transport company, not I.
My floors are still not fixed. My washer and dryer are sitting in the garage. And nobody will respond to emails or phone calls. What kind of customer service is this? How is it even possible that they would treat their customers this way?
Now I am being forced to foot the cost to repair the floors and walls in my home and will have to go through the very unpleasant process of filing a small claims lawsuit against all of these people.
This has absolutely been the worst experience ever dealing with a big box retailer and I will NEVER do business...

I went in to place an order for car audio, paid in full and ensured I had everything ready to go for the order to ensure it could be installed. Two days before the installer called to explain that he did not have all the parts and the person who ordered the radio to the store did not check to make sure the product could even be sold. I was told that I would receive a call back from someone at the store to let me know what they found out about my order and if I was still to show up for the appointment, only to have an email sent to say they cancelled my order and that a refund would be issued. This is truly were the complete lack of intelligence came from this stores location, this stores manager, and this stores employees. I called 9 times to the customer service number, on the 9th call after each before said they had gotten it taken care of (of course that was never true nor taken care of) I was told on the last call that the store is the only people who can take care of it. It took (not kidding) 5 days of calling the store to get a hold of a single person, in which to get anything done I had to demand a manager 5 times before the manager took 40 minutes to get on the phone. Following the start of complete lack of professionalism with their client so far, the manager could not even locate my order for another 30 minutes. Following there was no apology for the complete lack of dealing with my issue for the last 6 weeks and the complete failure of his store to preform a transaction properly, he was rude, short, and believed to the point of stating outright that I was over reacting to having a 200 dollar transaction put on hold for 6 weeks despite the cancellation without my permission, nor notice, the fact that my transaction wasn't even processed till 6 weeks later, no one reached out to handle the transaction in limbo and I was treated very rudely and very poorly. Do not make a transaction in this store if you think there is EVER a chance you might need to return, you may never see your money, and the manager will make sure to belittle and insult you as much as possible in the process. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Best Buy has lost a customer for life, based on the incredibly low standards held to a store in a high population area.
