This McDonald’s has the worst customer service. I sent my little brother in to get a Big Mac, and the so-called shift manager kept overlooking him because, according to her, the order was placed for curbside. However, the app clearly says to head inside for your order. I asked her what was going on and why no one had helped him, and she told me to watch my tone. When I asked for her name, she hung up on me.
They’re always missing items, and I’ve heard so many stories from current and former workers about how the managers play favorites and if you’re not one of them, they treat you like crap. I’ve even seen “managers” sitting on the countertops. These workers act like they’re in high school and have such bad attitudes. If these employees hate their jobs, maybe it’s time to look for something else, no one is making them work there, and they’re not working for free. Us as customers aren’t going there to spend money just to be given attitudes.
This location is constantly closing early, so much that the GM Maria has even given her phone number out to customers to call if it happens again. There have been too many incidents with this McDonald’s to the point where I don’t even trust them with my food anymore. And looking at these reviews, it looks like I’m not the only one having nonstop bad service here.

We get absolutely no service anymore not even a smile and they could atleast bring your food to the table. I can’t stand the kiosk and I hate how it’s mandatory to use them. If you want to pay cash for an order you will be standing there atleast 10 mins for someone to say hello I’ll be right with you they just look at you several times and walk by.
