Although the museum is closed you will be able to visit the barn animals for FREE Tuesday thru Sunday 9am-2pm, they offer guided tours on Saturday 10:30am and 12:30pm π΄π¦ππ¦ππΏπΏπΏπππ¦π¦π¦’π¦. The park also has more than one location of clean bathrooms!! There is great chance you will find a tree with lots of shade to protect you from the harsh sun rays. The Hiking trail is very steep, so make sure you wear some good shoes/boots, also be cautious for rattlesnakes πππ Once you reach the top of the hill you are met with the beautiful castle, well it's not really a castle but it's a tower. At the fork you have two trail options, once in which you will see American Bison, and the other is a bit more challenging, wouldn't reccomend for younger children nor people who have any sort of disability because it is very steep and the heat is harsh. IF YOU ARE PLANNING A VISIT BRING PLENTY OF WATER, AND TRY TO MAKE IT BEFORE 11AM OTHERWISE YOU'LL FIND YOURSELF IN VERY HOT HOT HOTT...

He donated over 200 acres to the State of California upon his passing in 1946. His home and other buildings are still there and the land features native foliage and wildlife. Walt Disney donated a herd of American Bison(Buffalo) to Hart where they roam in a large area that you can view upon your hike leading to Hart's former home. The trail is a moderate climb but the walk is not difficult. The parking area is where the trading post and barnyard for alpacas and other farm animals are kept. It is clean and family friendly. Check out details on the websites. We recommend this unique and historic park. (Thomas and...

Also all of the houses the Kingston house is blocked off and the church is under construction which is very unfortunate since I was looking forward to ring the bell. Then Mary Ellen's Tea House is really not being cared for which is unfortunate because Hart trusted his money intothis place for the public. He cared a lot for his handicapped sister,Ellen. The rug in Ellen's room is chewed up and the painting is on the floor and the floor boards are crooked and they are coming apart. The deer is really friendly and if you come you should feed it apples or oranges. Even if the other animals are blocked off there's always a path to go see the deer. The bunnies...
