Starbucks — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

This is a new Starbucks, and it seems to have had it share of problems, from plumbing, air conditioning, etc..The staff and manager are all wonderful, but they lag in a few areas - 1. The music is too loud, all of the time. I know that customers, including myself at one time, have told them to turn down the music. I am not sure why they cannot get the fact that no one really wants to hear it, and it should just be background music. It is tiring to have to tell them when you go in, to please turn down the music! So I will say - please keep the music at a low level, at all times! There is no reason to turn it up, ever! 2. Their bathrooms are not looked at on a regular basis. I have seen dirty toilets, paper towels all over the floor, and full trashcans all day, that no one bothered to tidy up. Please pay more attention to this, please. 3. The floors behind the tables are filthy. When I have been in the store, I have seen the same dirty floors, trash on floors for over 3 weeks. They sweep, but forget to move the tables, and sweep and mop underneath the side tables. This is not something that should be overlooked, and I am a bit surprised at this. While they are busy, their should be a regular schedule where the store is kept clean, including the floors. I like this store, but I feel they are not on top of things, including the manager. Otherwise this is a good environment, just please tend to the issues...

I absolutely love this Starbucks not necessarily for the cups, but for the incredible service I always receive. The baristas here make every drink perfectly, and there’s never a long line.

Today almost turned into a bad experience, but Danny came to the rescue! He gave serious manager energy so professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the best way to order my drink, and personally made my drink, it made all the difference.

Because of Danny and the rest of the team’s kindness, speed, and consistency, I’ll continue going out of my way to visit this particular location.

Shoutout to the whole crew for being amazing and making the best drinks ever....

I absolutely love this Starbucks location. Its so convenient. Everyone is extremely nice, friendly, and polite. Every employee gets every customer in and on there way in a timely matter. Andrew (Drew) has became my absolute favorite and i love them all but he is definitely my favorite ever since this location has opened. His energy just makes my morning and whole day. Drew just remembers all his customers and treats us as if we have known each other from birth :). I love his energy and I was very sadden to find out he may be leaving this location. I hope he doesn't leave because his energy makes my whole day. Please keep...
