Wushiland Boba Valencia — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

I’ll be honest, and I say this kindly and with the hope that it’s helpful. It seems this is the third time the business has changed names or owners, though it’s hard to tell since some of the same staff appear to have stayed through the last two transitions

One of the main concerns I’ve noticed over time is the drinks themselves. With the last two versions of the business, the menu has mostly featured very sweet and noticeably artificial tasting drinks. If more fresh or natural ingredients were offered, I think it could really elevate the experience and attract a loyal customer base. As it stands, even the standard drinks are overwhelmingly sweet, I think they should have a nice level of sweetness before it needs any adjustments.

Another point to consider is the naming and branding. The names chosen so far haven’t felt very inviting or memorable. For example, Wushiland is a somewhat generic or overly commercial feel, almost like the kind of spot people assume will serve artificial drinks.

Something like Wushi Cha might be a better option. It flows more smoothly, sounds more authentic, and gives a clearer sense of being a tea centered brand. Also, I’m curious, what does “Wushi” mean in this context? It can have different meanings depending on the Chinese characters and pronunciation, and I’m not sure how or if that meaning is currently reflected in the branding or overall design.

Bomb bomb bomb! Iykyk! I've tried this place at the Santa Anita mall and century city mall and cannot be more excited that they opened up in Stevenson Ranch! This place is better than any other boba shop I've had and better than any other boba shop in the scv hands down!! If I could give it 10 stars I would! Orange grapefruit tea is my favorite and the brown sugar green tea and the oolong milk tea! Love that you can control the sweetness and ice levels! Their boba and pearls are also bomb! Great service and pretty efficient considering they just opened. Love the look/vibe of the shop and the drinks! My new go to boba shop! This local boba shop is great! Great atmosphere, ambiance and excellent service! Not to mention their drinks are great! Boba is chewy and perfect! You can tell quality when you drink the beverages here. My grandkids love this place! Their milk teas are wonderful! They have a variety for everyone! We have been here over 4 times and the service never fails and drinks are amazing which is what keeps bringing us back. Prices are very reasonable!
