McDonald's — Restaurant in Santa Cruz

This McDonald's is totally a hole in the wall! You go in thinking there would be a menu posted like any other establishment would have , but , look around and there is not one menu no prices no advertisements just 2 cash registers! So you better hope you know what you want and about how much is gonna be.... my wife and myself were going to tiền around and leave, since we were pressed for time and had to get back over to the courtroom quickly we decided to order some fried and drink. We both had to use the facilities so while i made the order she went to find the restroom. Turns out it's a unisex restroom. I made our order and once done i also headed to the restroom, mywife was exiting work a horrible scowl on her otherwise lovely face snaking her head at me and telling me not to touch anything in there. tomorrow i am going bạch to take a photo just so the i may post it here as this post may seem unbelievable..... (note there is a table that was occupied ) right next to the door. I opened the door and could not believe that this was a restroom from the iconic McDonald's! It literally looked like there was a storm that just passed thru and I mean to say sh... was all over the inside!! It was a mess on top of a mess, toilet tissue wet and with ummmm color in it was on the side of the seat and other.... stuff. What caught my eye was a sign reminding employees to wash their hands after using the restroom. This led me to believe this was also used by the employees?? Well the sign was about 3 inches from the ceiling line, behind the toilet stall. My appetite was ruined after leaving the restroom in such deplorable condition. But hey the service...

The employees here were friendly enough, and food with pretty much par for the course from McDonalds. But the sheer amount of homeless people and vagabonds inside the McDonald's with scary. they were at least four or five inside the dining seating area, and it's a small McDonald's so that's took up at least 50% of the space. One guy was leaning back in the booth passed out with his eyes rolling into his head, clearly looking like he was od'ing on some kind of opiate. I honestly worry he needed that shot the medics give people who are od'ing. I mean, his eyes legit look like they were rolling into the back of his head. he was clearly high as a kite in la la land, one guy was sending his wooden walking stick, and then there was an extremely kind lady who unfortunately was about five beers short of a six-pack. Walking through the dining area seemed more like what you would expect to see walking through an opium den in 1800's London. the location itself is small, and honestly if it didn't have the problems above wouldn't be a bad location. But it does, so that being said I really wouldn't eat here. Especially if you have a family or kids. Like I said, the atmosphere here was more in line with an opium den in a Hollywood movie than what you expect at...

The manager is corrupted! He had my van towed while I was drinking and eating the food I bought at his McDonald's, and that caused me financial , psychological damage, and consequently health damage; I failed my exam, got dropped from the class and I ate from the garbage for 20 days until I got my paycheck , and now I ended up in a hospital because of him. And the worse, when I reported him to his superiors, he said that he had my van towed because I was loitering. Is this a joke!!?? I literally don't have time to sleep, for I'm a full time cook at seascape beach resort, and a full time student at Cabrillo college " I'm studying prerequisites for radiology technician. You guys might be asking why i said that the manager " Mr. Dennis is corrupted " . And the answer is because he has the personal numbers of the guys of the towing company, because it was on Sunday , and he called them and brought them in no time in order to tow my van. That's blatantly obvious that he's doing business with them , at the expense of poor people like us . It's shame on McDonald's to keep that corrupted Dennis as a manager at their restaurant.
