They get upset because they have to put mayo on both sides of the bread. they get upset because bell pepper is stored in the back. They get upset because its not Mikes way and they have to spend a little more time on your sandwich. They are using abusive behavior and language to get me not to go anymore.
They tried to and double charge me once.
I ask for a manager and there is no one there. ask for a supervisor, and he is not there.
the crew is composed of untalented. Short memory people that cant get the order right. A bunch of high school drop out in my opinion.
They are also agitated at the person in-front of me because he wanted his subs made a certain way. Lead woman just cant handle any pressure. And starts insulting me how I am a problem because I want my sub a certain way. And she has to take extra steps.

Me and my brother came to buy food but needed to use the bathroom first. We asked and the adolescent girl in the the front cashier said if we are going to buy any food with bad attitude. I know she might be having a bad day but that is no way to treat anyone. No PR or Hospitality in this place. This all took place around 2:45PM on Oct. 11, 2018. All the staff began to laugh when I mentioned that this is not friendly service/customer service. What can I say they are young and inexperienced probably still in school. I wish them good luck and I highly recommend not comming to this place. Read moreI asked for a hot Italian chopped, and i was told, "we can cook the meat, but we can't chop it." i was confused why the act of chopping the food was not an option. This location is the 1st that refused to do so. The employee also added that only the palm springs location does so, which is not true. I didn't want to make a big deal about a sandwich, but can someone explain why the meats can not be chopped? Is there a chopping license or training certificate that the location or employee has not attained? Do they not have knives sharp enough?
