I was yelled at by an employee named Mireya because I addressed an issue with my drink the previous day. She said next time I have an issue, I need to call, ignoring the fact that I work. When I pulled up to the window, she refused to dismiss the subject and denied taking my order, her and her friend were more interested in being correct and fighting with me and declined for me to speak to a manager. Apparently there was no manager present.
I told them the issue from the day before did not matter and if we can move on, so that I can place my order and she CONTINUED TO FIGHT WITH ME about policies even after I mentioned I DO NOT WANT A FREE DRINK, I just need you guys to not make the same mistake today.

First of all, the drive-thru line was incredibly long, even though it was early in the morning and there were only a few cars ahead of me. After waiting for what seemed like an eternity, I finally placed my order.
