It sucks it really does, i've been going to the starbucks for more than five years however as of the last 2 years it's gone downhill. I work for a company by the name of Michael superburgers. We typically order from this Starbucks. Because it is the closest one to us. Big orders sometimes they'll make it absolutely right and not miss anything. Most of the time, they will mess up our order causing me to drive back-and-forth until everybody's drink is made correctly. But that's going to stop today. As I went in today for a small order and easy order(or so i thought). Two drinks and they couldn't get that right. I asked for a lavender venti, no ice with an extra shot. And a caramel macchiato, venti, easy ice extra caramel. I ended up getting a lavender venti Macha no ice, single with what appeared to be half of it foam. As for my caramel macchiato, it didn't have extra caramel. I'm not the type of person to complain about my drink. Especially because in the end, it was correct not counting the fact that it had no extra caramel. However, when it comes to the order of somebody else, I have to get it right. Because they're paying for it, not me. So I went back and I went inside this time, and I ordered and PAYED for the lavender coffee again, venti, no ice, no matcha. Extra shot, they gave it to me HOT :/. I give up. I took my coffee and I gave it to a homeless person outside. Look im sorry i don't know what I did. I don't know if I upset the crew in some way, shape or form but I'm done. I'm not ordering from the Starbucks anymore. I'm going to tell my coworkers to not order from a starbucks anymore, and I'd rather drive an extra ten minutes to go to the starbucks over in santa fe springs where they actually get our drinks right. Because after this fiasco, that's where I went, I explained to the baristas there, what happened at this location, and they made the latte right first try and they gave me free along another one free for the inconvenience. If this location had that kind of service, I would order from it every day. Unfortunately, it doesn't and I am disappointed, and I give up. I came to spend $14.15 and left spending almost $20. As for the other starbucks though it was not their job to fix the mistakes. That happened here, they still did, and they charged me nothing and even apologized on this location's behalf. Read moreIt happened just five minutes ago. I ordered a Hazelnut Oatmilk Shake Espresso without ice. The employee who took my order and made it was named ESTHER. I ordered a Venti size, but she made it with less than 1/4 of the cup filled, as shown in the picture. Do you think it's acceptable to serve such a small amount without ice for venti size? So, I asked venti size ice and put it on my drink. It was still too little. I thought this wasn't right, so I asked her to make it the regular way with ice, but then she gave me a completely different drink, as shown in the picture. Haha, isn't it ridiculous? She even asked if I wanted more oatmilk poured in. I said what I received wasn't what I ordered, but she insisted it was because that's how I ordered it. Read moreProbably one of the worst drive thru any Starbucks might have. You will have cars struggling to get out or come into the plaza wether or not they’re trying to get to Starbucks. The line curves out into traffic so people who have been waiting on the parking lot side will be getting cut off by cars coming into the plaza. It’s inevitable. I literally waited about 42 min in line to get some tea ( yes I wanted to get out but was unable to due to how the line is set up) Not worth it. You’re better off using the app and ordering ahead at this location, but even so, the app will show most of their menu items are out of stock, which they’re not.
