If I could give this review negative stars, I would. This is without a doubt the absolute worst dining experience anyone will ever have. First, the filth. Empty tables and booths covered in trash and food from previous patrons. Sticky floors littered with food pieces and bits of trash. Overflowing trash bins behind the bar and bathrooms so disgusting I opted to hold it. Second, the employees. I won’t call this section “customer service “ because that would imply that the staff cared. Walking in the door there were several employees at the desk and one individual ordering food to go. Of the 3 staff members at the desk, not one of them greeted us or even bothered to make eye contact. My party and I stood patiently while 6 other employees walked up to the desk at various times. Chats were had with each other. No greeting. No eye contact. No nothing. After more that 5 minutes of zero interaction we decided to seat ourselves in the bar. Walking into the bar, an employee nearly ran into one of our group (with a tray full of food) and instead of apologizing, he said “watch where you’re going”. (Side Note: the only reason we stayed was for the multiple screen TVs showing NCAA games. I will never make this mistake again. ) Most of the unoccupied tables in the bar were dirty. We had to ask an employee to clean the table please and she gave us attitude and actually rolled her eyes. We sat down and had to ask a different employee for menus after a good 10 minutes went by. Those of you keeping track, we are 25 minutes into the establishment with zero greetings from any worker. Our drinks took another 15 to arrive. 2 Beers and 2 iced teas took 15 minutes. We finally ordered wings (40 minutes in). While we waited for our food, we watched the show. Two employees (one male one female) we following each other around, grabbing each other and making out. Two female employees were on their devices, gossiping and making nasty comments in voices loud enough to be heard over a dozen television sets. One male employee walked past our table and belched. With his mouth wide open. Proudly. Our drinks gone and our food not yet arrived (80 minutes). No one came by to see if we would like another round. A full hour after ordering our food arrived. It was cold and the order was incorrect. Our server blamed the kitchen and did not apologize. Another 20 minutes passed before we received drinks and our proper food order. Meanwhile, dirty tables still went untouched and employees still behaving inappropriately at the POS stand which is highly visible to all customers. I chose not to eat based on everything so far. My fiancé informed me that his wings were over cooked and therefore dry. They were also cold. Again. Our drinks were never refilled and our “server” never returned. She did not even drop the bill herself. My guess is she was too embarrassed after clearly not entering our ticket in the first place. Instead of owning her mistake and making it right, she just disappeared. No one said anything as we departed. Not even as we walked past the 5 employees at the front. I have spent 27 years in hospitality as a restaurant manager and chef. Hands down the most disgusting and horrifying display of apathy towards customers and also towards the job itself. Do not waste your time or hard earned money at this dumpster fire of a restaurant. I’m sincerely surprised it has not...

Alright, so two of my friends and I had dinner elsewhere and decided to stop in to this Buffalo Wild Wings to have a few drinks. As you already assumed by my one star rating, we had a less than favourable time.
We came in and ordered alcoholic beverages when we arrived. We politely declined food menus, as we explained to the waitress that we were only here to have a few drinks. So we continued to drink and play games on their tablets that they offer there, and things turned sour.
One of our party members had two beers, and then continued drinking only water as he was our designated driver. The other party member and myself continued to have two or three additional drinks. At this time we were approached by the waitress, after attempting to order another round for the two of us that weren't driving, that there was a law in New Mexico stating that we had to order food in order to continue ordering alcoholic beverages. Then I asked her myself, "So I must order and consume food items, in direct view to you, in order to receive another drink?". Our waitress then agreed with the statement, and said it was true. This was immediately challenged by us as we demanded to speak to a manager.
Once the manager arrived, she then stated that their training to their employees recommends them to discontinue service of alcoholic drinks to people considered being "over served". Needless to say that the other member of our party and myself were well within our wits, and were not at all appearing "over served". She then began to state after we made the comment that we had a designated driver, "I don't know if you will go out and drive away, and then switch drivers".
We explained to the manager that her justifiable reason to discontinue our dink orders, was not what our waitress had explained. We also immediately rejected her statement to the fact that one designated driver was not good enough, as we could easily switch drivers on her opinion. That was a ridiculous, and outlandish statement, that would result her in never serving anyone more than what could be considered over the legal limit. The manager then offered no resolve to this issue, as we then decided we did not want to continue giving any money to the establishment due to our dissatisfaction with the staff, and how they resolve the issues associated with poorly trained waitresses. She offered no apology or solution to the situation at hand, and had no problem with us leaving.
So let it be known that if they serve you just alcoholic drinks, they will attempt to make you buy food to continue drinking there, no matter how you feel, or appear.
This is all overshadowing a slow service time in the bar area, which we addressed shortly after our first drink order.
I will add a caveat that this is the only time I've experienced this at a...
Read moreOne of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant ever. After a night of softball friends ( about 15 of us) and I decided to take my boyfriend out for his birthday dinner and some drinks. Walked in, nobody there to greet or let us know to sit down. Sat ourselves. Waited a while before a waitress finally came to get our drink order ( her face wasnt welcoming at all, looks like she hates her job). Got SOME of the drinks. The guys ordered beers which took forever. Waited even longer to get our food order. While waiting for our food she never returned to refill our drinks. Food came out( which was brought by 2 other people) our waitress didn't come to ask if we needed anything. Meanwhile, no napkins, no refills, no silverware. Had to get her called to our table. I asked her if we could have napkins or plates. She stated " we dont give those out anymore." I asked. "where do we put the eaten wings?" " on the table." She responded. I wasnt aware they feed humans like animals now. Another man brought us napkins my boyfriend (birthday guy) asked if there was a manager, he rolled his eyes and pointed down at his name tag and said "I'm the manager," we told him our issues and he didn't have anything to say. My boyfriend responded with "you're not acting like a manager" again, rolled his eyes didn't say a word and walked off. At this point one of our friends goes to find her and asked for refills on their beers AGAIN. we told 2 different workers we had a birthday and they still didn't bring anything out. Half way out the door they bring a cake with ice cream in a to go box. The general manager is standing there the whole time as I explain to him our experience all he had to say was "I'll have a talk with them, but there's your cake." Our waitress was full of excuses as to why she was absent the whole time she "had other tables to check out". I regret leaving applebees to give our service to you. Especially on my boyfriends birthday. I'm sure this is a birthday dinner he'll never forget. For being one of the only chains in Santa fe I would think you'd like to keep your customers happy and coming back. We and a lot of our friends will never...
