Panera Bread — Restaurant in Santa Fe

Why is this place so expensive? How much can it cost to cook sandwiches and soup? Why is there coffee Starbucks prices when it's about a quarter as good as Starbucks coffee? Why do they charge restaurant prices where you can sit down and be served and don't have to fiddle with a kiosk or stand on line for 20 minutes to order and then go up to get your food like a slave. It's far, far from a full-service restaurant. Why the f do they think they can charge full service restaurant prices for at best mediocre food when they are by no means a full-service restaurant? Almost all restaurant food is much better than this food. Their prices are too damn high considering you have to order your own food, or stand on line to order food, and then go pick up your own food. And then it seems they want you to bus your own table on top of that?!! The people running these Panera breads and deciding on prices are hideous monsters. I despise them and what has become of Panera Bread.

Olive Garden and Red Lobster have all you can eat soup, salad, and breadsticks/biscuits for $10(lunch at Olive Garden)-$12. Why are people paying what they are paying at Panera? It...

First time here. Came on work break for just a cafe. I even told the lady at the register. She sed that I can get my own cafe just next to the registers so that's cool. I went to get the cafe but I only filled like a fifth of my cup before it ran out. I told some lady in an orange shirt about that and she sed that no more cafe after 2 but I payed for it before 2, I was there at 1 40 ish. She told me they would get it goin for me but then I stayed waiting for another 20 min just standing there has employees just looked at me. The tattooed guy at the front was nice. He was the only one who checked up on me but he told me another story, he sed that no more cafe after 1. At this point I dont even know any more. I was on a 10 min break but I was there for 40 min waiting. Finaly got my money back for the cafe but even the manager lady who gave me the refund had an attitude. Like come on. I was told 2 different things from 2 employees but I never got what I wanned and when I asked for my money back, no apology for the miscommunication and the manager had some attitude.... I give the tattooed guy 4 stars. Everyone else...

Sooooo very disappointed with this place. I use to love Panera, but not anymore. Since moving to Santa Fe, I have been there 3 times. Tonight being the third, and last. Every time I have been there something was not good. Went back two more times to give them the benefit of the doubt. So we googled "Panera Bread Santa Fe menu" got our order together and went there. 3of the 4 item menus we wanted, they didn't have. So after figuring out we wanted to go, we ordered. When we got home, it's was completely WRONG! Are these people idiots??? Seriously. We also bought a loaf of country bread and after cutting it, I think it probably was made two weeks ago. The real kicker was the cashier asked us if we wanted a free pastry because we are on the rewards deal. We said sure and got a cookie. After paying 28.00 for a salad, 2 soups and a loaf of bread, we look at the receipt, and was charged .99 for the cookie. NEVER AGAIN PANERA. Be sure I will tell everybody about these bad experiences. You lost two long time customers. I would rather go to the gas station, then pull up in your place and get a cup of coffee...
