I just wanted to share with you my recent experiences in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and Rio Rancho. I must say, every location I've been to has been absolutely amazing.

each place has its own unique charm. But what truly made these visits memorable was the incredible facilities and the staff who made sure I had an exceptional time.

The facilities were top-notch, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. It was evident that every aspect was carefully maintained for the utmost convenience of visitors like myself. Moreover, the staff members were exceptional, always ready to assist and serve with a smile. It was inspiring to see their dedication and passion for ensuring a great experience for everyone.

What's more, it was evident that the staff had undergone extensive training. Their professionalism and expertise were palpable in every interaction. It's refreshing to witness such commitment and enthusiasm from the team.

But what truly stood out to me was the positive energy and good spirits that resonated throughout each facility. The staff members were not only efficient and knowledgeable but also genuinely cheerful and friendly. It created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

So, whether it's Albuquerque, Santa Fe, or Rio Rancho, I can confidently say that you'll be in for an incredible experience at any of these locations. The facilities and the amazing staff will ensure that you're well taken care of, making your time there truly unforgettable.

I'm an employee with this five guys.... I was harassed and threatened by a corporate manager, in front of my store manager, Sarah Surna, and my assistant store manager Jose Garcia. I'm schedule 4-midnight every night, and they threaten my employment if I don't stay late until 1 to 3 am.

The store manager mixed up another employees check and mine; I accidentally cashed the others check without looking at it. (I'm signed up for direct deposit and they refuse to set it up until I come in with a voided check or a direct deposit form for them to input to the system). While I came forward the next day and and apologized to the other employee, Sarah apparently told him something completely false from what happened.

The day after coming forward, I came into work ready to start the day, and was pulled aside by the corporate manager who hired me on, Liz; (prior to clocking in) and she proceeded to demand the money back immediately, and threatened to have the other employee pursue legal action against me. I'm scared to go back to work, I feel nauseated every night I have to go in. AND THEY THREATENED TO FIRE ME BECAUSE I WOULD NOT SMILE AFTER BEING HARASSED AND THREATENED.

I've tried contacting workers comp, the corporate office, even HR.... They don't have HR, they don't list their workers comp policy number, and all the phone numbers in the store go to...

Really wanted to like my first experience here since we don’t have many good quick burger joints. My husband and I put in a mobile order last night in hopes that it would be quick since it was late. Said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I walk in, only two other customers waiting for food so it’s not like they were busy scrambling with orders which I’m usually more patient for. They had plenty of staff working too. I got my drinks ready right away when I told them my name. Preceded to wait 20+ minutes while four customers who came after me came and went with their food. The workers were not attentive to me standing there at all. Almost like I wasn’t even there. I waited another 15 minutes patiently but starting to get irritated and came to discover my food was sitting on the counter for most of that time and they didn’t say anything. I finally go up to tell them I’ve been waiting for quite awhile, the guy shuffled his feet slowly to my bag of food and still had to prepare the fries!!!! So almost 40 min later we get Luke warm fries and cold burgers. They never acknowledged my long wait. It ruined it for me for ever going back. Gosh why can’t we have a whataburger or a...
