Was met with extremely rude service from the supposed Manager Edith and her partner in crime idiala? Can't recall spelling, she always is working the register.
I asked the cashier if there was a manager available at which point she switched to speaking Spanish and called over Edith who started chuckling at what she had been told by the cashier. Then Edith came over and said that she was the manager! I really hope she isn't the manager. It's no wonder the service is so poor and the manner in which the employees speak to the customers is so crude and disrespectful with Edith leading by example.
I paid and then checked my bag to see if I was given sweet and sour and didn't see any fortune cookies. I asked the cashier for fortune cookies to which she said she already put them in the bag. I took everything out if the bag and found 1 cookie despite us ordering 2 meals 2 sides and 2 drinks. Then when we sat down to eat I had to go ask the cashier for silverware as she had only put one set in the bag.
The interaction with these employees was enough that we won't be back but I will be following up as Edith really needs an attitude adjustment expecting customers to read her mind and deeming it unecessary to make eye contact, verbally respond/affirm customers questions. She refused to let me make a formal complaint and promptly appeared to inform the rest of the staff of the situation, pointing at us as we ate, made us feel super comfortable! World is really going to hell, just a generation ago you would never experience this type of thing cause employers would fire you on the spot for treating customers...
Read moreHave visited this place a few times. My husband enjoys their food. I could pick them apart but its not my thing. The one thing I want to say is that I wish they were kinder and showed a little compassion towards the elders that stand in their line and try to figure out what to get. Its a hit and miss sometimes and they don't make it easy. Once we get his food I don't even try to order something for myself because we have taken too much of their time. One minute of their life was wasted on my husband having to make another choice because they didn't have the dish he was going to have. The stress of ordering his food and getting out of their way is too much for me. I just don't want him insulted or treated as if he is a bother. Maybe when they reach their golden years or they take care of a family member who is aging they will think twice before being ugly to an older person that just wanted a little of their greasy...
Read moreDissatisfied, food was old, granted it was the end of the day. Here's the thing we also got mistreated by the mask mandate here, it was late no one else inside the restaurant but us and it really didn't appear anyone else was going to show anytime soon. Making us go back to the car for a mask, ridiculous! If we weren't so hungry we probably would have left, honestly I am not driven by my stomach but the person I was with, well I was being curious to their needs, even though I think if I had suggested we go find somewhere else, she just might have as well. Over all I guess once in compliance we were treated well, the food was not satisfactory. Got cold before we could eat it, and we were eating it I'm less than ten minutes. So, umm, no thank you Panda. The egg rolls were good though if that...
