LiggettVille Adventure Center - Santa Fe — Attraction in Santa Fe

They did not communicate my food order with DQ PRIOR to my party so when I went to collect my food they told me they had no idea what I was talking about and showed me they had received nothing from LiggettVille. When I showed DQ the confirmation email from LiggettVille they told me to talk to them. When I spoke to liggettville they told me they had no idea what to do and once they figured it out my ordered food would not be ready until about when my party was ending. The entire time this is going on I am being treated as if this is my fault and I am the problem for wanting what I payed for. For the amount of money you pay for this party they should be on it. They didn’t even offer a refund for the food or a discount for the problem...

Wonderful place for kids and adults. Big shout to Marcus who is just amazing with kids, going above and beyond, even coming up to help calm a frightened child in such a skillful and genuine way. We’ve been many times (to the little tikes area- this was a first for the upper levels) this was by far the best experience we’ve had with a staff member. Marcus helped turn this potentially traumatizing experience for a small child into a hurdle that she will be overcoming someday when she is ready. Be prepared to deal with lazy, mouthy, people who work here. My son was practically the only person in here and the 2 employees were out of site when our 30 minutes ended. So I was getting my kid ready to go. Naturally after several minutes when the male employee shows up he says something like “the sign says to wait for help” Well I read the instructions but when employees are not around to do their job.
