Disgusting store. Set up like a thrift store. Nothing on display. It makes you wonder if the employees are treated like slave labor because they were clearly miserable. They heard the customers like cattle and call you over an extremely loud and blown out speaker. Then reprimand you when you walk over to the register that was just announced to go to. We were told they don't follow that system. They have to clean between customers and acted like we were rude and our of line. And the other woman started chiming in to back her up. This was appalling behavior. We tried to explain we were vacationing on our ten year anniversary and had never been to Santa Fe. But they were unapologetic and continued to browbeat us. We finally just said I'm sure it won't be a problem again. And it won't. We'll never step foot in another T.J. Maxx again. Those woman treated me like absolute garbage. Shop at your own risk. You have...
Read moreI used to really like this TJ Maxx and often shopped here. But my experience yesterday left me extremely disappointed and even physically uncomfortable.

Instead of respect, she responded with arrogance and a condescending smile. My baby was frightened, and I felt humiliated and disgusted. Later she claimed it was a âjoke,â but this cannot excuse her unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.
As a customer and mother, I believe this is not only linguistic discrimination but also a lack of basic respect for children and families. I strongly urge TJ Maxx to take this seriously and provide discipline and training for this employee. Otherwise, such behavior will destroy customersâ trust...
Read moreLove TJ Max but can't give them a high review due to lack of security. The last 2 times I have shopped there made me very uneasy. As I was walking into the store using the entrance auto door opener, a man ran past me with a purse he had stolen. The store clerks watched and then said he had paid for it!? Yesterday, while shopping in the shoe area, I was closely followed by a man who had all the looks of a street person. He kept getting close to me and my purse, which was in my cart. He acted like he too was shopping for women's shoes. I immediately left the shoe department. Now will be changing purse to cross body. Retail is experiencing great challenges. I hope this store will...
