Iâve been waiting over an hour and the online tracker says theyâre still prepping my order. I tried to call the listed number and it says âthe wireless customer you called is not availableâ this is the number for this location taken from the dominos website. Thatâs really sketchy. Where is there another number for this location? This doesnât make any sense. I just hope my food actually shows up some time this year.
Update. Drove to the location myself and the employees were clearly frazzled, disorganized and behind schedule. Idk how busy they are on a Friday but Iâm sure they were understaffed and I feel for them. 2 of them were very polite and did their best. One guy was really rude, instantly started a fight with me saying they had no control over the fact that google said their number was wrong. Then when I asked him to give me the correct number he told me to look it up on google. He said he was going to ignore me and when I said he wasnât helpful he said I wasnât helpful. Like beyond immature. Next level. Iâd have been happy to learn that I was mistaken about the number. But the rudeness was next level. Iâve worked service jobs for over 15 years. Thereâs really no excuse.
Ordered my pizza around 8:50pm for delivery. Itâs now 10:30pm and Iâm still waiting inside the lobby.
I was waiting quietly on the other side of the lobby and the phone rang and the rude employee yelled loudly âcan someone answer the phone since obviously it works.â Like, are you serious? The man is clearly miserable in his job but like this is too much.
I should have just laughed at him. When I told him that was totally uncalled for, I was yelled at, insulted, interrupted, and laughed at by this staff and a few teenage boy customers who are apparently the same mental age as this man. He wasnât even wearing his mask properly while trying to blame me for their lack of preparedness. He said I deserved it because I was rude to him. He threatened to call the cops on me because I told him his rudeness was unprofessional. This place needs to be shut down.

   Read moreI made an order at 6:33. It was to be ready at 6:57. We went to pick it up at 7 oâclock. We shouldâve known there was a problem. There was many cars in line by the time they got to us they told us the pizza wasnât ready. They checked for our name Then they left us at the drive-through for about 15-20 minutes. There was so many cars behind us then finally the lady comes to the window and says that our pizza is not ready and we just had to wait so then I just decided that I had somewhere else to go and I told them I would be back to pick it up. I came to pick it up about 740. The lady took my credit card. She said my pizza was still not ready for me to go around the drive-through a couple of times and then give them about 15 minutes and sit in wait It was close to 8 oâclock. There were two people in front of us. The whole parking lot was full. everybody was waiting there was people inside waiting and finally I called the Dominos Across town. I spoke to a supervisor. I told her that that store needed help that there were people parked all over the parking lot all over the drive-through they were having us go round and round. It was finally about 805 and still no pizzas. Still no dinner. I just ran down to Taco Bell. Got dinner in five minutes and came home but I think itâs a pretty sad thing that you advertise your promotions when we try to go get dinner no pizza no promotion no Iâm sorry. Iâll just refund your money not even try to make it up to the customers so I think you need to get some more help at that store or maybe just even close it down and I did ask for a general managerâs number I asked for higher management and she refused to give...
   Read moreI think there should be a certain standard upheld by locations where certain things are in demand. This subject being pizza. I understand that times are hard & not many places have full staff but there is a limit for excuses. This location has let me down so many times. This last experience was the tipping point. Ordered online like normal, paid for it and everything, given an estimated time to pickup, went to pickup the order. When I arrived, I was not greeted or acknowledged right away. I saw a few workers walking around inside, almost mindlessly, even walking nearby to where they can see the pickup window. I called out to the worker but was clearly ignored. I waited about 10-15 minutes before someone asked me about my order. The man said he had let the other workers know about my order and that it would be out when it was ready. No other information was given. I waited another 5-10 minutes and another worker came to me & asked if I had been helped. (Honestly a red flag if they have to ask you about your order twice) so I gave my name & order number again to which I was told there would be another 40 minute wait. I immediately cancelled because Iâd already waited enough time & honestly wasnât in the mood to wait for one pizza.
